Butelka z zakretka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 20 lipca 2002 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zakretka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z zakretka o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka wedlug wzoru wyposazona jest w zakretke. Korpus butelki tworzy czolowa sciana i tylna sciana z wglebionymi srodkowymi czesciami. Czolowa sciana i tylna sciana maja ksztalt zblizony do wyoblonego prostokata, zakonczonegolukowymi sklepieniami, zbieznymi w kierunku zakretki. Wzdluz bocznych krawedzi czolowej sciany i tylnej sciany wystepuja wglebienia, które w obszarze lukowych sklepien sa zakonczone lukowo i sasiaduja z lukowymi wglebieniami. Dolna czesc butelki ma dno o ksztalcie obrysu zblizonego do prostokata, którego srodkowa czesc jest lukowo wklesla i obrzezona wypukla opaska. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony czolowej, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku góry, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono ksztalt dna butelki. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka zaopatrzona jest w zakretke 6 i ma korpus 1, który tworzy czolowa sciana 2 i tylna sciana 3 z wglebionymi srodkowymi czesciami H i 12. Czolowa sciana 2 i tylna sciana 3 maja ksztalt zblizony do wyoblonego prostokata, zakonczonego lukowymi sklepieniami 4 i 5 zbieznymi w kierunku zakretki 6. Wzdluz bocznych krawedzi czolowej sciany 2 i tylnej sciany 3 wystepuja wglebienia 7 i 8, które w obszarze lukowych sklepien 4 i 5 sa zakonczone lukowo i sasiaduja z lukowymi wglebieniami 9 i 10. Dolna czesc butelki ma dno 12 o ksztalcie obrysu zblizonym do prostokata, którego srodkowa czesc 13 jest lukowo wklesla i obrzezona wypukla opaska 14. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle with a cap, with aesthetic values manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The bottle, according to the design, is equipped with a cap. The body of the bottle is formed by a front wall and a back wall with recessed central parts. The front wall and back wall have a shape similar to a rounded rectangle, topped with arched vaults converging towards the cap. Recesses appear along the side edges of the front wall and back wall, which, in the area of the arched vaults, end in an arc and are adjacent to the arched recesses. The lower part of the bottle has a bottom roughly rectangular in outline, the central part of which is arcuately concave and edged with a convex band. The design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the top, and Fig. 4 shows the shape of the bottle's bottom. As shown in the drawing, the bottle is provided with a cap 6 and has a body 1, which is formed by a front wall 2 and a rear wall 3 with recessed central parts H and 12. The front wall 2 and the rear wall 3 have a shape close to a rounded rectangle, terminated with arched vaults 4 and 5 converging towards the cap 6. Along the side edges of the front wall 2 and the rear wall 3 there are recesses 7 and 8, which in the area of the arched vaults 4 and 5 terminate in an arc and are adjacent to the arched recesses 9 and 10.
