Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 24 lipca 1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka zaopatrzona w ucho. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka ma w dolnej czesci postac wydluzonego walca i zaopatrzona w górnej czesci w gwintowana szyjke. W dolnej czesci i srodkowej czesci butelka ma obwodowe wglebienie o ksztalcie pólpierscienia stykajace sie z obwodowym wyobleniem o ksztalcie pólpierscienia i gdzie górna czesc butelki ma przelotowe wybranie, które w widoku z boku ma ksztalt zblizony doowalu, posiadajace plaska sciane przechodzaca lukowo w górnej i dolnej czesci w lukowa powierzchnie tak, ze tworzy uchwyt, który w widoku z przodu ma dwie proste krawedzie umieszczone w stosunku do siebie skosnie, przy czym górna czesc butelki zakonczona jest stozkowa powierzchnia laczaca sie z walcowym pierscieniem i walcowym wglebieniem, na którym jest pierscien zaopatrzony w zeby, które w widoku z góry maja ksztalt trójkata. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których na fig. 1 przedstawiono butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z boku i fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka ma w dolnej czesci 1 postac wydluzonego walca który w dolnej i srodkowej swej czesci ma obwodowe wglebienie 2 o ksztalcie pólpierscienia stykajace sie z obwodowym wyobleniem 3 o ksztalcie pólpierscienia. Górna czesc 4 butelki ma przelotowe wybranie 5, które w widoku z boku ma ksztalt zblizony do owalu 6, posiadajace plaska sciane 7 przechodzaca lukami 8 i 9 w górnej i dolnej czesci w lukowa powierzchnie 10 tak, ze tworzy uchwyt H , który w widoku z przodu ma dwie proste krawedzie 12 umieszczone w stosunku do siebie skosnie, przy czym górna czesc butelki 13 zakonczona jest stozkowa powierzchnia 14 laczaca sie z walcowym pierscieniem 15 i walcowym wglebieniem 16 na którym jest pierscien 17 zaopatrzony w zeby 18, które w widoku z góry maja ksztalt trójkata. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the bottle, aimed at aesthetic goals, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements. The bottle has the shape of an elongated cylinder at the bottom and a threaded neck at the top. In the lower part and the middle part, the bottle has a circumferential half-ring shaped indentation adjoining the circumferential half-ring shape and where the top of the bottle has a through recess which in a side view is shaped like a downward, having a flat wall with an arc at the top and bottom in an arcuate surface so that it forms a handle which, in the front view, has two straight edges oblique to each other, the top of the bottle ends with a conical surface connecting with a cylindrical ring and a cylindrical recess on which is a ring provided with teeth which, when viewed from above, have the shape of a triangle. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached drawings, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view, fig. 2 - a bottle in a side view, and fig. 3 - a bottle in a top view. As shown in the drawing, the bottle has the form of an elongated cylinder in its lower part 1 and in its middle part having a circumferential hollow 2 in the shape of a half-ring in contact with a circumferential roundness 3 in the shape of a half-ring. The upper part 4 of the bottle has a through recess 5, which in the side view has a shape similar to an oval 6, having a flat wall 7 passing through the gaps 8 and 9 in the upper and lower parts into an arched surface 10 so that it forms a handle H which, when viewed from the front has two straight edges 12 oblique to each other, the upper part of the bottle 13 ends with a conical surface 14 connecting to a cylindrical ring 15 and a cylindrical indentation 16 on which there is a ring 17 provided with teeth 18, which in the top view have triangle shape.
