Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 12 maja 2000 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka wedlug wzoru zopatrzona jest w gwintowana szyjke. Czolowa sciana i tylna sciana butelki sawyoblone na zewnatrz, a ich kontury ograniczone sa z jednej strony przez nieregularny, wypukly luk przebiegajacy od szyjki do dna butelki,zas z drugiej strony przez krawedz o ksztalcie zlozonym z dwóch odcinków prostych tworzacych kat rozwarty i laczacych sie w srodkowej czesci butelki lagodnym lukiem, przy czym w górnej czesci czolowej sciany i tylnej sciany, na tej samej wysokosci od dna butelki którego obrys stanowi splaszczony na przeciwleglych koncach owal, jest wglebienie o zewnetrznym zarysie zblizonym do trójkata, którego wierzcholek skierowany do srodka butelki i ma ksztalt luku, a na powierzchni wglebienia w poblizu wierzcholka jest pólkuliste wglebienie sasiadujace z czterema wspólsrodkowymi wypuklosciami rozmieszczonymi wachlarzowo, z których zewnetrzna wypuklosc ma dlugosc równa okolo polowie dlugosci sasiadujacego z nia wglebienia. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonych fotografiach i rysunku, na których na fig. 1 przedstawiono trzy butelki o jednakowym ksztalcie zaopatrzone w rózne zakretki pokazane w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z przodu, na fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z tylu, na fig. 4 - butelke w widoku aksonometrycznym z przodu i na fig. 5 - butelke w widoku od strony dna. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka zaopatrzona jest w gwintowana szyjke. Czolowa sciana i tylna sciana butelki sawyoblone na zewnatrz, a ich kontury ograniczone sa z jednej strony przez nieregularny, wypukly luk przebiegajacy od szyjki do dna butelki, zas z drugiej strony przez krawedz o ksztalcie zlozonym z dwóch odcinków prostych tworzacych kat rozwarty i laczacych sie w srodkowej czesci butelki lagodnym lukiem. W górnej czesci czolowej sciany i tylnej sciany, na tej samej wysokosci od dna butelki którego obrys stanowi splaszczony na przeciwleglych koncach (1) i (2) owal (3), jest wglebienie o zewnetrznym zarysie zblizonym do trójkata, którego wierzcholek skierowany do srodka butelki i ma ksztalt luku. Na powierzchni wglebienia w poblizu wierzcholka jest pólkuliste wglebienie sasiadujace z czterema wspólsrodkowymi wypuklosciami rozmieszczonymi wachlarzowo, z których zewnetrzna wypuklosc ma dlugosc równa okolo polowie dlugosci sasiadujacego z nia wglebienia. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the bottle, aimed at aesthetic goals, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements. The bottle is designed with a threaded neck. The front wall and the back wall of the bottle are bright-colored on the outside, and their contours are limited on the one hand by an irregular, convex hatch running from the neck to the bottom of the bottle, and on the other hand by an edge with a shape composed of two straight sections forming an obtuse angle and joining in the middle part of the bottle with a gentle arc, while in the upper part of the front wall and the rear wall, at the same height from the bottom of the bottle, whose outline is a flattened oval at the opposite ends, there is a depression with an external outline close to a triangle, the top of which points towards the middle of the bottle and has the shape of the arch, and on the surface of the dimple near the apex there is a hemispherical indentation adjacent to four concentric fan-like convexes, of which the outer convexity is approximately half the length of the adjacent dimple. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached photographs and drawings, in which fig. 1 shows three bottles of the same shape provided with different caps shown in front view, in fig. 2 - a bottle in front view, in fig. 3 - a bottle in rear view, in Figure 4 is the bottle in an axonometric front view, and in Figure 5 is the bottle in a bottom view. As shown in the picture, the bottle has a threaded neck.
