Description

Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 15 stycznia 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka znajdujaca glówne zasto- sowanie w konfekcjonowaniu wód toaletowych. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i wlasciwosci powierzchni nadajace butelce nowy i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 - przedstawiajacej butelke w widoku perspektywicznym w pozycji pionowej oraz w pozycji lezacej na boku, a takze na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 2 - prezentuja- cym butelke w widoku z przodu i fig. 3 uwidaczniajacym butelke od spodu. Butelka wedlug wzoru zdobniczego jest uformowana w symetryczny wieloscian zaopatrzony w nagwintowana szyjke z obwodowym wypuklym kol- nierzem. Czesc zbiornikowa butelki ma ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu, którego wezsze scianki boczne oraz wierzch sa plaskie, zas szersze scianki -tylna i przednia sa wybrzuszone na zewnatrz po luku. Ksztalt dna butelki jest zblizony do prostokata, przy czym dluzsze jego boki sa wygiete na zewnatrz po luku. Powierzchnia dna przy krawedziach jest pokryta prazkowymi zgrubie- niami usytuowanymi równolegle do jego krawedzi. The subject of the decorative pattern is a bottle that is mainly used in the confectioning of toilet waters. The essence of a decorative pattern is a new form of an object, manifested in the shape and properties of the surface giving the bottle a new and original look. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached photograph, fig. 1 - showing the bottle in a perspective view in an upright position and in a lying position on its side, as well as in the attached drawing, fig. 2 - showing the bottle in front view and fig. 3 showing the bottle from below. According to a decorative pattern, the bottle is formed into a symmetrical polyhedron with a threaded neck with a convex circumferential collar. The reservoir part of the bottle has a shape similar to a cuboid, the narrower side walls and the top of which are flat, while the wider back and front walls are curved outwards in an arc. The shape of the bottom of the bottle is close to a rectangle, with its longer sides bent outwards in an arc. The surface of the bottom at the edges is covered with prickly thickenings located parallel to its edges. PL

Claims

Protective Claims 1. A bottle in the shape of a symmetrical polyhedron provided with a threaded neck with a convex circumferential flange, characterized in that its reservoir part has a shape similar to a cuboid, the narrow side walls of which and the top are flat, and the wider walls - back and front are bulging outwards in the hatch, while the bottom of the bottle has a shape similar to a rectangle, the longer sides of which are bent outwards in the hatch, as shown in the attached photograph, fig. 1 and the attached drawing, fig. 2 and fig. 3.
