Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 14 lipca 2000 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla przeznaczona do przechowywania plynów perfumeryjnych, zwlaszcza wody kolonskiej. Istota^ wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, który nadaje butelce swoisty i oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii i rysun- kach, na których Fig. 1 — przedstawia widok butelki z przodu w pozycji pio- nowej oraz w pozycji lezacej na sciance tylnej z uwidocznionym dnem, Fig. 2 - uwidacznia butelke w widoku z boku, a Fig. 3 - widok butelki z góry.Buteka wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma pionowy korpus zakonczony od góry waska szyjka otoczona wypuklym kolnierzem. W widoku z przodu boki butelki w srodkowej czesci korpusu sa proste i równolegle wzgledem siebie. Natomiast ponizej polowy wysokosci butelki sa lekko zbiezne, zas od góry lacza sie ze soba po krzywej zblizonej do luku ze splaszczonym wierz- cholkiem, z którym zespolona jest szyjka. Plaskie dno butelki ma ksztalt zbli- zony do trapezu o zaokraglonych narozach, w którym dluzsza podstawa jest wybrzuszona. Powierzchnia scianki tylnej jest plaska na calej swej dlugosci, zas przedniej jest lukowo nachylona w kierunku scianki tylnej. The subject of the decorative design is a bottle made of glass intended for the storage of perfume liquids, especially cologne. The essence of a decorative pattern is a new form of an object manifested in a shape that gives the bottle a specific and original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached photograph and drawings, in which Fig. 1 - shows a front view of the bottle in a vertical position and in a lying position on the rear wall with the bottom shown, Fig. 2 - shows the bottle in a side view, and Fig. 3 - top view of the bottle. A decorative patterned shoe has a vertical body ending at the top with a narrow neck surrounded by a convex collar. In the front view, the sides of the bottle in the center of the body are straight and parallel to each other. On the other hand, below half of the height, the bottles converge slightly, and from the top they connect with each other along a curve close to the hatch with the flattened top with which the neck is joined. The flat bottom of the bottle is shaped like a trapezoid with rounded corners, in which the longer base is bulged. The surface of the back wall is flat over its entire length, and the front wall is inclined towards the back wall. PL
