Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 25 pazdziernika 2000 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla przeznaczona do przechowywania plynów perfumeryjnych. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, który nadaje butelce swoisty i oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii i rysun- kach, na których Fig. 1 - przedstawia widok butelki w rzucie perspektywicz- nym w pozycji pionowej oraz w pozycji lezacej z uwidocznionym dnem. Korpus butelki ma ksztalt smuklego pionowego prostopadloscianu za- konczonego od góry waska szyjka zakonczona obwodowym wypuklym kol- nierzem. Wierzch butelki jest lekko wybrzuszony, jej pionowe krawedzie sasfazowane pod katem zblizonym do 45°, natomiast jej lekko wklesle dno ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata ze scietymi pod katem 45° narozami. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object manifested in a shape that gives the bottle a unique and original appearance aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph and drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the bottle in a vertical position and in a horizontal position with the bottom visible. Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a side view, and Fig. 3 - a view of the bottom of the bottle. The body of the bottle has the shape of a slender, vertical cuboid, topped at the top with a narrow neck and a circumferential, convex collar. The top of the bottle is slightly bulging, its vertical edges are chamfered at an angle of approximately 45°, while its slightly concave bottom is shaped like a rectangle with corners cut at a 45° angle.
