Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii, które nadaja butelce swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii na której przed- stawiono butelke w widoku perspektywicznym w pozycji stojacej oraz pozycji lezacej. Butelka skladajaca sie z korpusu i szyjki pokrytej gwintem, wedlug wzoru zdobniczego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze korpus ma ksztalt zblizony do pierscienia scietego prosto w podstawie, natomiast krótka szyjka majaca ksztalt cylindryczny jest pokryta gwintem i jest umiejscowiona symetrycznie na górnej czesci tego korpusu. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines, which give the bottle a unique and original appearance. The object of the design is shown in the attached photograph, which shows the bottle in a perspective view in an upright position and in a horizontal position. The bottle, consisting of a body and a threaded neck, according to the ornamental design, is characterized by the body having a shape similar to a ring cut straight at the base, while the short cylindrical neck is threaded and placed symmetrically on the upper part of the body.
