Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac wyrobu cukierni- czego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Wyrób cukierniczy wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, majacy postac bryly przezroczystej, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze bryla ma ksztalt walca, którego podstawa górna ma centralne obnize- nie w ksztalcie stozka scietego, a posrodku obnizenia usytuo-wane jest walcowe wypietrzenie na powierzchni, którego znaj- duje sie zarys litery "S". W objetosci bryly znajduja sie liczne, ciemne, nieprzezroczyste dodatki majace zarysy w przyblizeniu owalne. Ponadto krawedz górnej podstawy walca jest lukowato zaokraglona. The essence of the design is a new form of the confectionery product, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the confectionery product from the front, fig. 2 - the confectionery product from the side, and fig. 3 - the confectionery product from the top. A confectionery product with a decorative pattern, in the form of a transparent solid, is characterized by the shape of a cylinder whose upper base has a central depression in the shape of a truncated cone. In the center of the depression is a cylindrical elevation on the surface, the outline of which is the letter "S." The volume of the solid contains numerous dark, opaque additions with roughly oval outlines. Furthermore, the edge of the upper base of the cylinder is arcuately rounded. PL PL PL
