Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac wyrobu cukierni- czego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia wyrób cukier- niczy w widoku z przodu, fig.2- wyrób cukierniczy w widoku z boku, fig.3- wyrób cukierniczy w widoku z góry, a fig.4- wyrób cukierniczy w widoku perspektywicznym. Wyrób cukierniczy wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, majacy postac bryly przezroczystej, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze bryla ma w widoku z przodu zarys owalu, a w widoku z boku i z góry,zarys prostokata z zaokraglonymi narozami, przy czym w obje- tosci bryly znajduja sie liczne, ciemne, nieprzezroczyste do- datki majace zarysy trójkatne, prostokatne i trapezowe. Po- nadto na scianie przedniej bryly widoczny jest centralny owalny zarys, a w widoku z boku i z góry w polu bryly widocz- ne sa zarysy lukowate. The essence of the design is a new form of the confectionery product, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the confectionery product in a front view, Fig. 2 - the confectionery product in a side view, Fig. 3 - the confectionery product in a top view, and Fig. 4 - the confectionery product in a perspective view. A confectionery product with a decorative pattern, in the form of a transparent solid, is characterized by an oval outline in the front view, and a rectangular outline with rounded corners in the side and top views. The solid's volume contains numerous dark, opaque additions with triangular, rectangular, and trapezoidal outlines. Furthermore, a central oval outline is visible on the front wall of the solid, and arc-shaped outlines are visible in the side and top views within the solid's field.
