Abstract

The Industrial Design consists of the features of shape, pattern, ornament and configuration of the ear thermometer shown in solid lines in the drawings. The portions of the ear thermometer shown in stippled lines do not form part of the design. The drawings show two designs which do not differ substantially from each other. Figs. 1 to 6 show the first variant; Figs. 7 to 12 shown the second variant. Drawing(s)/photograph(s) of the design is (are) included.
