Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka przeznaczona do magazynowania, transportu i sprzedazy cieczy, zwlaszcza napojów alkoholowych. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac butelki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i zdobieniu szyjki.Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, przy czym widok butelki z tylu jest identyczny, fig. 2 butelke w widoku z boku. Zgodnie z wzorem zdobniczym, i jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach, butelka majaca korpus z szyjka charakteryzuje sie tym, ze korpus ma ksztalt bryly, której podstawa dolna ma zarys prostokata. Od podstawy odchodza lukiem wewnetrznym krótkie odcinki tworzac na calym obwodzie wglebienie. Butelka w widoku z przodu, jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 od wglebienia lukiem wewnetrznym, a nastepnie zewnetrznym przybiera ksztalt lejkowaty tworzac drugie przewezenie, którego wymiar jest taki jak wymiar prostego odcinka podstawy. Nastepnie bryla butelki rozszerza sie lukiem wewnetrznym przybierajac ksztalt lejkowaty, wymiar na wysokosci okolo 0,5 od podstawy wychodzi poza obrys podstawy, stad ponownie przybiera ksztalt lejkowaty przechodzac na wysokosci okolo 0,6 od podstawy w stozkowa szyjke zakonczona gwintem monopolowym. Szyjka jest zdobiona dwoma wypuklymi opasujacymi ja otoczkami o zarysie zaostrzonych rogali. Otoczki opadaja z boków szyjki ku dolowi i stykaja sie zaostrzonymi koncami w srodkowej czesci szyjki. Sciana przednia jest lekko wypukla, a wymiar wypuklosci, na wysokosci okolo 0,35 od podstawy jest nieco wiekszy od wymiaru prostego odcinka podstawy. Sciana przednia i tylna butelki sa identyczne. Butelka, wedlug wzoru w widoku z boku, jak to pokazano na rysunku fig.2 od wglebienia na wysokosci 0,1 od podstawy przechodzi lukiem zewnetrznym w ksztalt lejkowaty, a nastepnie rozszerza sie na wysokosci okolo 0,6 od podstawy do wymiaru prostego odcinka podstawy. The subject of the ornamental design is a bottle intended for the storage, transport, and sale of liquids, especially alcoholic beverages. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, and neck decoration. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, with the rear view being identical, and Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side. According to the ornamental design, and as shown in the attached photographs, the bottle with a body and neck is characterized by a body shaped like a block, the lower base of which is rectangular. Short sections extend from the base in an internal arc, creating a recess along its entire circumference. The bottle, in front view, as shown in Figure 1, begins with an internal and then external arch, forming a funnel shape, creating a second constriction, the dimensions of which are the same as the straight section of the base. The bottle then widens with an internal arch, taking on a funnel shape. The dimension at a height of approximately 0.5 meters from the base extends beyond the base outline, from where it again takes on a funnel shape, transforming at a height of approximately 0.6 meters from the base into a conical neck terminated with a monopole thread. The neck is decorated with two convex, encircling rims, shaped like pointed crescents. The rims descend from the sides of the neck downwards, meeting at their pointed ends in the central part of the neck. The front wall is slightly convex, and the dimension of the convexity, at a height of approximately 0.35 mm from the base, is slightly greater than the dimension of the straight section of the base. The front and rear walls of the bottle are identical. According to the side view pattern, as shown in Figure 2, the bottle, from a recess at a height of 0.1 mm from the base, transforms into a funnel shape via an external arc, then widens at a height of approximately 0.6 mm from the base to the dimension of the straight section of the base. It again takes on a funnel shape, transforming via an external arc into a conical neck, ending with a monopole thread. The linear dimension at the point of greatest narrowing is less than the dimension of the straight section of the base.
