Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona do przechowywania napojów zwlaszcza alkoholowych. Znane sa butelki przeznaczone do przechowywania oraz transportu plynów w postaci pojemnika skladajacego sie z szyjki z otworem wlewowym, przechodzacego w korpus zamkniety od dolu dnem w odpowiednim ksztalcie, przy czym ksztalt oraz wymiary poszczególnych czesci butelki wykazuja duza dowolnosc, tak ze przekroje butelek maja forme okregu, elipsy, wielokata oraz nieregularna. Dodatkowo poszczególne czesci butelki posiadaja dodatkowe zdobienia w formie elementów splaszczonych lub wystajacych. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii butelki, której zewnetrzna postac stylizowana jest na bulawe. Butelka skladajaca sie z szyjki z otworem wlewowym, korpusu oraz podstawy i posiadajaca dodatkowe zdobienia, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zewnetrzna postacbutelki stylizowana jest na bulawe w ten sposób, ze szyjka butelki ma postac trzonka bulawy, korpus butelki ma postac kulistej glowicy bulawy, osadzonej na podstawie w formie okraglego zdobionego plastra, przy czym korpus butelki posiada dodatkowe zdobienia stylizowane na kamienie szlachetne, natomiast szyjka posiada zdobienia w postaci wypuklosci w ukladzie spiralnym oraz fantazyjnym, jak pokazano na fig. 1. Known bottles for storing and transporting liquids are a container consisting of a neck with a filling opening, which transitions into a body closed at the bottom with a suitably shaped bottom. The shape and dimensions of the individual bottle parts are highly flexible, with cross-sections in the form of circles, ellipses, polygons, and irregular shapes. Furthermore, individual bottle parts feature additional decorations in the form of flattened or protruding elements. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the bottle's lines, whose external form is stylized as a bulb. A bottle consisting of a neck with a filling opening, a body and a base and having additional decorations, is characterized in that the outer shape of the bottle is stylized to resemble a mace in such a way that the neck of the bottle has the shape of a mace handle, the body of the bottle has the shape of a spherical mace head mounted on a base in the form of a round decorated patch, wherein the body of the bottle has additional decorations stylized to resemble precious stones, while the neck has decorations in the form of convexities in a spiral and fanciful arrangement, as shown in Fig. 1.
