Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 18 kwietnia 2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka, znajdujaca zastosowanie w konfekcjonowaniu, najczesciej wyrobów alkoholowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajacych butelce nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia butelke w widoku od czola,fig.2 - w widoku od spodu, natomiast fig.3 - prezentuje butelke w widoku z boku. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym ma czesc zbiornikowa uksztaltowana w formie splaszczonej figury, która w widoku od czola przypomina w swej formie zarys stylizowanej gruszki. Czesc zbiornikowa przechodzi w zwezajaca sie ku górze, nagwintowana szyjke. Butelka u dolu jest wyposazona w podstawe o zarysie owalu. Zdobienie butelki stanowi rozmieszczona niesymetrycznie na sciance czolowej wypuklosc o zarysie pólksiezyca oraz owalny, obwodowy nadlew na szyjce. Na tylnej sciance czesci zbiornikowej butelki znajduje sie posrodku liniowy nadlew. Nadlew ten sluzy do wlasciwego usytuowania etykiety na butelce po umieszczeniu w niej plynu. PL PL PLThe Bottle's Ornamental Design Registration Rights have been in effect since April 18, 2000. The design is a bottle used in the packaging of alcoholic beverages, most often alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the bottle a new, original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 from the bottom, and Fig. 3 from the side. According to the ornamental design, the bottle has a flattened container section, which, when viewed from the front, resembles the outline of a stylized pear. The container section flows into a threaded neck that tapers upward. The bottle features an oval base at the bottom. The bottle is decorated with an asymmetrical crescent-shaped protrusion on the front wall and an oval, circumferential lug on the neck. A linear lug is located in the center of the rear wall of the reservoir section of the bottle. This lug serves to properly position the label on the bottle after the liquid has been poured into it.
