Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka, znajdujaca zastosowanie w konfekcjonowaniu najczesciej wyrobów kosmetycznych, szczególnie perfum i wód toaletowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajacych butelce nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych.Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - prezentuje butelke w widoku od czola, fig.2 - w widoku z boku, natomiast fig.3 - w widoku od spodu. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest uksztaltowana w formie geometrycznej bryly, przypominajacej w swej formie sciety u góry stozek, opisany na podstawie o zarysie owalu. W widoku z przodu oraz w widoku z boku scianki butelki sa zbiezne ku górze i przechodza w niewielka szyjke zakonczona u góry pierscieniem. Krawedz pomiedzy czescia zbiornikowa butelki a szyjka jest wyprofilowana lukowo. PL PL PLThe Bottle Design Registration Rights have been in effect since March 14, 2000. The design is a bottle, most often used in the packaging of cosmetic products, particularly perfumes and toilet waters. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the bottle a new, original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 from the side, and Fig. 3 from the bottom. According to the design, the bottle is shaped like a geometric solid, resembling a truncated cone, described by an oval base. In both the front and side views, the bottle walls converge upward and merge into a small neck with a ring at the top. The edge between the reservoir portion of the bottle and the neck is arc-shaped.
