Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 15 pazdziernika 1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka, znajdujaca zastosowanie w konfekcjonowaniu, szczególnie wód toaletowych, wód kwiatowych i perfum. Istota wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, nadajaca butelce nowy. oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig. 1 i fig.2 - prezentujacych butelke w widoku od frontu i od spodu oraz na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 3 i fig.6 - ilustrujacym butelke wwidoku z przodu, fig.4 i fig.7 - uwidaczniajacym butelke w widoku z boku a ponadto fig.5 i fig.8 - od spodu. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym, przedstawiona na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 i na rysunku, fig.3, fig.4 i fig.5, jest wyposazona u góry w rozmieszczona posrodku szyjke i przypomina w swym ksztalcie zarys stylizowanej kropli, scietej u dolu. Jej boczne scianki widoczne od frontu sa wyprofilowane lukowo i zbiezne ku dolowi. Dno butelki jest pogrubione i ma zarys zblizony do kola. Scianki butelki w widoku z boku maja zarys odcinków prostych przechodzacych u góry w luk, przez co górne naroza przypominaja w swym ksztalcie powierzchnie sferyczna wycinków kuli. Butelka, wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, przedstawiona na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.2 i na rysunku, fig.6, fig.7 i fig.8, jest wyposazona u góry w rozmieszczona posrodku szyjke. Butelka przypomina w swym ksztalcie zarys stylizowanej kropli, scietej u dolu. Jej boczne scianki widoczne od frontu sa wyprofilowane lukowo i zbiezne ku dolowi. Scianki w widoku z boku maja zarys odcinków prostych przechodzacych u góry w luki, przez co górne naroza butelki przypominaja w swym ksztalcie powierzchnie sferyczna wycinków kuli. Dno butelki ma zarys owalu. PL PLThe Bottle Design Registration Right has been in effect since October 15, 1999. The design is a bottle used in the packaging of eau de toilette, floral water, and perfume. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape, giving the bottle a new, original appearance aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is presented in the attached photographs, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, showing the bottle from the front and bottom, and in the attached drawings, Fig. 3 and Fig. 6, illustrating the bottle from the front, Fig. 4 and Fig. 7, showing the bottle from the side, and Fig. 5 and Fig. 8, from the bottom. The bottle, in accordance with the decorative pattern shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, and the drawings, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5, has a centrally located neck at the top and resembles the outline of a stylized teardrop, truncated at the bottom. Its side walls, visible from the front, are arc-shaped and tapered downward. The bottom of the bottle is thickened and has a roughly circular outline. The bottle walls, seen from the side, have a straight line that curves upward into an arc, making the upper corners resemble the spherical surface of segments of a sphere. The bottle, in accordance with the decorative pattern shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 2, and the drawings, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, and Fig. 8, has a centrally located neck at the top. The bottle's shape resembles the outline of a stylized teardrop, truncated at the bottom. Its side walls, visible from the front, are arc-shaped and tapered downward. The side walls, viewed from the side, have a straight line that merges into arcs at the top, giving the upper corners the shape of a spherical surface. The bottom of the bottle has an oval outline.
