Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie flakonu, który jest przeznaczony na srodki kosmetyczne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia flakon w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- flakon w widoku z przodu, fig.3- flakon w widoku z tylu, fig.4- flakon w widoku z góry, a fig.5- flakon w widoku z dolu. Flakon wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy korpus i przykrywke posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus ma ksztalt wydrazonej bryly, której plaska sciana dolna stanowiaca dno flakonu, ma zarys kolisty, sciana bocznamajaca, w widoku z góry i z dolu zarys owalny, jest wypukla, przy czym, w widoku z przodu i z tylu, lukowaty zarys jednego boku jest asymetryczny w stosunku do zarysu drugiego boku. Krawedz wydrazenia, w widoku z przodu i z tylu, przebiega skosnie, a w widoku z góry ma zarys kolisty, przy czym zarys ten jest usytuowany asymetrycznie w stosunku do owalnego zarysu sciany bocznej. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the bottle, which is intended for cosmetics. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the bottle in a front view, fig. 3 - the bottle in a back view, fig. 4 - the bottle in a top view, and fig. 5 - the bottle in a bottom view. The industrial design bottle, comprising a body and a lid, has the following essential features: the body is in the shape of a hollow solid, the flat lower wall of which, constituting the bottom of the bottle, has a circular outline, the side wall, which has an oval outline in top and bottom views, is convex, and in front and back views, the arcuate outline of one side is asymmetrical in relation to the outline of the other side. The edge of the cavity, in front and back views, runs diagonally, and in top view, has a circular outline, this outline being asymmetrical in relation to the oval outline of the side wall. The lid of the bottle has a circular outline in top view, and in its area is a decorative handle, which in top view has a wavy outline, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1 to 5.
