Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca korpus oraz nakrywke, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus ma sciane przednia, tylna i sciany boczne wypukle, przy czym w czesci górnej scian znajduje sie przewezenie i sciany ponad przewezeniem tworza ksztalt walca, zas w polu sciany przedniej i tylnej znajduje sie ozdobne wybranie, któregokrawedz ma zarys figury bedacej polaczeniem w czesci górnej trójkata prostokatnego, a w czesci dolnej zarysu lezki, przy czym zebranie krawedzi jest najszersze w czesci dolnej lezki. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in perspective views from the front and side, fig. 2 - the bottle in a side view, fig. 3 - the bottle in a back view, fig. 4 - the bottle in a top view, and fig. 5 - the bottle in a bottom view. The industrial design bottle, comprising a body and a cap, has the following essential features: the body has a front wall, a back wall, and convex side walls, with a narrowing in the upper part of the walls and the walls above the narrowing forming a cylinder, and the front and back walls have a decorative recess, the edge of which has the outline of a figure combining a right-angled triangle in the upper part and a teardrop shape in the lower part, with the edge gathering being widest in the lower part of the teardrop.
