Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia butelke w wi- doku perspektywicznym, fig.2- butelke w widoku z przodu, fig.3- butelke w widoku tylu, fig.4- butelke w wioku z góry, fig.5- butelke w widoku z boku, fig.6- butelke w widoku z drugiego boku, a fig.7- butelke w widoku z dolu.Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca kor- pus z szyjka, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus ma ksztalt bryly o podstawie czworoboku z lukowatymi bokami, w której sciany boczne sa wypukle od dolu, nastepnie wklesle, w przyblizeniu w polowie wysokosci, oraz w czesci górnej sa znów wypukle, przy czym wysokosc korpusu bez szyjki jest oko- lo 2,9 razy wieksza od szerokosci sciany przedniej lub tyl- nej, mierzonej w jej najwezszym miejscu. Ponadto na górnej plaskiej scianie korpusu usytuowana jest dwusegmentowa walco- wa szyjka z obwodowym wystepem pomiedzy segmentami, zas w po- lu dna butelki widoczne sa dwie wkleslosci, kazda majaca, w widoku z góry, zarys w przyblizeniu trójkata równoramienne- go. The industrial design bottle, including a body with a neck, has the following essential features: the body has the shape of a block with a quadrilateral base with curved sides, in which the side walls are convex at the bottom, then concave, approximately halfway up, and in the upper part are again convex, with the height of the body without the neck being about 2.9 times the width of the front or rear wall measured at its narrowest point. Moreover, on the upper flat wall of the body there is a two-segmented cylindrical neck with a circumferential protrusion between the segments, and in the bottom of the bottle two concaves are visible, each having, in the top view, an outline of an approximately isosceles triangle.
