Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie odswiezacza powietrza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia odswiezacz powietrza w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z góry i z boku, fig.2- odswiezacz w widoku z boku, fig.3- odswiezacz w widoku z przodu, fig.4- odswiezacz w widoku z góry, fig.5- odswiezacz w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6-odswiezacz w widoku z tylu, a fig.7- odswiezacz w widoku z dolu. Odswiezacz powietrza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac bryly, w której dwie sciany boczne maja zarysy owali, a sciana przednia i tylna maja zarysy prostokatne. W polu sciany przedniej widoczne jest wybranie majace w widoku z przodu zarys kolisty, a w obszarze wybrania widocznych jest kilkanascie malych kolistych obszarów. W polu sciany tylnej widoczne sa dwa rowki, kazdy majacy krawedz w ksztalcie pólkola, które w widoku z tylu tworza zarys krzyza, którego dluzsze ramie przebiega wzdluz dlugosci sciany tylnej, a krótsze ramie przebiega w poprzek sciany tylnej odswiezacza. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the air freshener. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the air freshener in perspective views from the front, from above, and from the side, fig. 2 - the air freshener in a side view, fig. 3 - the air freshener in a front view, fig. 4 - the air freshener in a top view, fig. 5 - the air freshener in a second side view, fig. 6 - the air freshener in a back view, and fig. 7 - the air freshener in a bottom view. The air freshener, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: it has the form of a solid in which the two side walls have oval outlines, and the front and back walls have rectangular outlines. The front wall has a recess which, in the front view, has a circular outline, and the recess area contains several small circular areas. The rear wall has two visible grooves, each with a semicircular edge, which, in the rear view, form the outline of a cross, the longer arm of which runs along the length of the back wall, and the shorter arm runs across the back wall of the freshener.
