Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie odswiezacza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia odswiezacz powietrza w widoku perspektywicznym z boku i z przodu, fig.2- odswiezacz powietrza w widoku z przodu, fig.3- odswiezacz powietrza w widoku z tylu, fig.4- odswiezacz w widoku z góry, fig.5- odswiezacz w widoku z dolu, fig.6-odswiezacz w widoku z boku, a fig.7- odswiezacz w widoku z drugiego boku. Odswiezacz powietrza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt dwusegmentowej bryly, w której segment dolny ma ksztalt stozka o podstawie owalnej i zaokraglonym wierzcholku, zas segment górny ma: sciane przednia i sciane tylna o zarysie czworoboku, którego boki sa lukowate, przy czym powierzchnia sciany przedniej jest pofalowana, wypukla sciane górna majaca w widoku z góry, zarys owalu, wypukle sciany boczne oraz wklesla sciane dolna, której ksztalt jest dopasowany do ksztaltu sciany górnej segmentu dolnego. Ponadto na pofalowanej scianie przedniej segmentu górnego znajduje sie wybranie zlozone z czterech symetrycznych czesci, kazda majaca zarys w przyblizeniu równolegloboku. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the air freshener. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the air freshener in a perspective view from the side and front, fig. 2 - the air freshener in a front view, fig. 3 - the air freshener in a back view, fig. 4 - the air freshener in a top view, fig. 5 - the air freshener in a bottom view, fig. 6 - the air freshener in a side view, and fig. 7 - the air freshener in a view from the other side. The industrial-design air freshener has the following essential features: it has the shape of a two-segment solid, in which the lower segment is cone-shaped with an oval base and a rounded top, while the upper segment has: a front wall and a rear wall in the shape of a quadrilateral with arcuate sides, with the front wall surface being undulated; a convex upper wall having an oval outline when viewed from above; convex side walls; and a concave lower wall, the shape of which matches the shape of the upper wall of the lower segment. Furthermore, the undulating front wall of the upper segment has a recess composed of four symmetrical parts, each approximately parallelogram-shaped. Inside the recess there is a fragrance, and in the area of the front wall of this recess there are four oval elements, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to 8.
