Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie odswiezacza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia odswiezacz powietrza w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- odswiezacz powietrza w widoku z przodu, fig.3- odswiezacz powietrza w widoku z tylu, fig.4- odswiezacz w widoku z góry, fig.5- odswiezacz powietrza w widoku z dolu, fig.6- odswiezaczpowietrza w widoku z boku, a fig.7- odswiezacz powietrza w widoku z drugiego boku. Odswiezacz powietrza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt dwusegmentowej bryly, w której segment dolny ma ksztalt pólstozka o podstawie pólowalnej i zaokraglonym wierzcholku, zas segment górny ma sciane przednia i sciane tylna o zarysie symetrycznego wydluzonego pionowo czworoboku, którego boki sa lukowate , przy czym powierzchnie sciany przedniej i sciany tylnej sa usytuowane skosnie wzgledem podstawy segmentu dolnego. Ponadto na scianie przedniej segmentu górnego znajduje sie wybranie zlozone z czterech symetrycznych, ulozonych pionowo, laczacych sie ze soba czesci, kazda majaca zarys w przyblizeniu eliptyczny, a w wewnatrz tego wybrania znajduje sie srodek zapachowy, przy czym w polu sciany przedniej tego srodka zapachowego usytuowane sa cztery elementy owalne, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.1 do fig.7.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3 FIG.4 FIG.5 FIG.6 FIG.7 PL3/ HERMAN Thomas Edward The design registration right is valid from: 29 September 2003 Priority: 29 March 2003 (Great Britain) The subject of the industrial design is an air freshener. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the air freshener. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the air freshener in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the air freshener in a front view, fig. 3 - the air freshener in a back view, fig. 4 - the air freshener in a top view, fig. 5 - the air freshener in a bottom view, fig. 6 - the air freshener in a side view, and fig. 7 - the air freshener in a view from the other side. The air freshener, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: it has the shape of a two-segment block, in which the lower segment has the shape of a half-cone with a half-oval base and a rounded top, while the upper segment has a front wall and a back wall in the shape of a symmetrical, vertically elongated quadrangle, the sides of which are arched, wherein the surfaces of the front wall and the back wall are situated obliquely in relation to the base of the lower segment. Moreover, on the front wall of the upper segment there is a recess composed of four symmetrical, vertically arranged, interconnected parts, each having an approximately elliptical outline, and inside this recess there is a fragrance, and in the area of the front wall of this fragrance there are four oval elements, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to fig. 7.
