Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztal- cie cukierka . Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia cukierek w widoku perspektywicznym z góry i z boku, fig.2- cukierek w widoku z przodu, fig.3- cukierek w widoku z góry, fig.4- cukierek w widoku z dolu, a fig.5- cukierek w widoku z boku. Cukierek wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada naste- pujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt bryly, która w widoku z góryi z dolu ma zarys owalny, przy czym sciana dolna bryly jest plaska, zas na jej górnej scianie znajduja sie dwie wypuklos- ci, pomiedzy którymi przebiega krawedz majaca w widoku z góry zarys falisty, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 5.FIG. 1 FIG. 2 FIG. 3 FIG. 4 FIG. 5 PL PLCandy The design registration right is valid from: 6 September 2002 Priority: 7 March 2002 (United States of America) The subject of the industrial design is a candy. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the candy. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the candy in a perspective view from above and from the side, fig. 2 - the candy in a front view, fig. 3 - the candy in a top view, fig. 4 - the candy in a bottom view, and fig. 5 - the candy in a side view. The candy, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: it has the shape of a block which has an oval outline in the top and bottom views, the lower wall of the block being flat, and its upper wall having two protrusions, between which runs an edge which has a wavy outline in the top view, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to 5.
