Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w orna- mencie ozdobnym pudela na papierosy . Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia pudelko na papierosy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- pudelko w widoku z boku, fig.3- pudelko w widoku z przodu, fig.4- pudelko w widoku z tylu, fig.5- pudelko w widoku z góry, a fig.6- pu- delko w widoku z dolu.Pudelko na papierosy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, majace ksztalt prostopadloscianu i majace odchylna nakrywke posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: na scianie przedniej, po- nizej krawedzi zamkniecia odchylnej przykrywki znajduje sie kolisty przezroczysty ornament ozdobny, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 6. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the decorative ornamentation of the cigarette box. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a cigarette box in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the box in a side view, Fig. 3 - the box in a front view, Fig. 4 - the box in a back view, Fig. 5 - the box in a top view, and Fig. 6 - the box in a bottom view. The cigarette box according to the industrial design, having a cuboid shape and a hinged lid, has the following essential features: on the front wall, below the closing edge of the hinged lid, there is a circular transparent decorative ornament, as shown in the attached drawing, Figs. 1 to 6.
