Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obcas buta damskiego . Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac obcasa buta damskiego przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia obcas w widoku od dolu, fig. 2 w widoku z boku oraz fotografia przedstawiajaca obcas w widoku z boku. Obcas buta damskiego , posiada nastepujace cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, spodnia podstawa jest w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata , boki obcasa lekko rozszerzajac sie do górnej podstawy. W widoku z boku obcas tworzy kat ostiy z linia buta, przy czym krawedz od strony przodu buta tworzy kat o mniejszej wartosci. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a women's shoe heel. The essence of the design is a new form of a women's shoe heel, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the heel from below, Fig. 2 a side view, and a photograph showing the heel from the side. The heel of the women's shoe has the following essential features of an industrial design: the underside is roughly rectangular, and the sides of the heel slightly flare towards the upper base. In the side view, the heel forms an oblique angle with the line of the shoe, with the edge at the front of the shoe forming a smaller angle.
