Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie uchwytu szczotki do zebów. Przedmiot wzoru przemysjtowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia uchwyt szczotki do zebów w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- uchwyt w widoku od konca, fig.3- uchwyt w widoku z góry, fig.4- uchwyt widoku od drugiego konca, fig.5- uchwyt w widoku z dolu, a fig.6- uchwyt w widoku z boku. Uchwyt szczotki do zebów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: w widoku z boku ma zarys falisty, a widoku z góry i z dolu ma ksztalt figury bedacejpolaczeniem kolejno od konca przedniego: czesci owalnej, prostokata, którego boki sa lukowate, wiekszej czesci owalnej i trapezu równoramiennego z lukowata podstawa, przy czym w okolicy srodka powierzchni wierzchniej uchwytu znajduja sie dwie grupy lukowatych wypuklosci oddzielone wystepem majacym, w widoku z boku, zarys trójkatny. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the toothbrush handle. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the toothbrush handle in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the handle viewed from the end, fig. 3 - the handle viewed from above, fig. 4 - the handle viewed from the other end, fig. 5 - the handle viewed from below, and fig. 6 - the handle viewed from the side. The toothbrush holder, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: in a side view, it has a wavy outline, and in top and bottom views, it has the shape of a figure that is a combination of, respectively, from the front end: an oval part, a rectangle whose sides are arcuate, a larger oval part, and an isosceles trapezoid with an arcuate base. In the vicinity of the center of the top surface of the holder, there are two groups of arcuate protrusions separated by a projection having, in a side view, a triangular outline.
