Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslona na lampe fluorescencyjna. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie oslony na lampe fluorescencyjna. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia oslone na lampe fluorescencyjna w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- oslone w widoku z przodu, fig.3- oslone w widoku z tylu, fig.4- oslone w widoku z boku, fig.5- oslone w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- oslone w widoku z góry, a fig.7- oslone w widoku z dolu.Oslona na lampe fluorescencyjna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca podstawe oraz nakladke posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: podstawa ma ksztalt walca z wypukla sciana górna, na której usytuowane jest sciecie majace, w widoku z przodu i z tylu, zarys lukowaty, zas nakladka, ma z góry zarys przypominajac owal, którego zarys obejmuje cztery lukowate czesci. Na górnej powierzchni nakladki znajduje sie wklesniecie powtarzajace zarys krawedzi nakladki, a w polu wklesniecia znajduja sie dwa walcowe wystepy oraz centralny kolisty otwór, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do fig.7.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3 FIG.4 FIG.5 FIG.6 FIG.7 PL PLThe industrial design is a fluorescent lamp cover. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the fluorescent lamp cover. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a cover for a fluorescent lamp in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the cover in a front view, fig. 3 - the cover in a back view, fig. 4 - the cover in a side view, fig. 5 - the cover in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the cover in a top view, and fig. 7 - the cover in a bottom view. The cover for a fluorescent lamp according to the industrial design, comprising a base and an overlay, has the following essential features: the base has the shape of a cylinder with a convex upper wall, on which there is a cut having, in the front and back view, an arc-shaped outline, while the overlay has, from above, an outline resembling an oval, the outline of which includes four arc-shaped parts.
