Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wklad czyszczacy zawierajacy biocyd. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu wkladu czyszczacego zawierajacego biocyd, który jest stosowany w filtrach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia wklad czyszczacy zawierajacy biocyd w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- wklad w widoku z przodu, fig.3- wklad w widoku z tylu, fig.4- wklad w widoku z boku, fig.5- wklad w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- wklad w widoku z góry, a fig.7- wklad w widoku z dolu. Wklad czyszczacy zawierajacy biocyd wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy czesc dolna i czesc górna, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: czesc dolna ma postac bryly, której podstawa dolna i górna ma w przyblizeniu zarys pólowalny, a sciana tylna ma zarys prostokatny, przy czym w polu wypuklej sciany znajduja sie trzy równolegle wypuklosci usytuowane wpolowie wysokosci sciany i przebiegajace od srodka sciany w poblize jej lewej krawedzi. W polu sciany tylnej czesci dolnej wkladu widoczne sa dwa symetryczne cylindryczne wystepy z kolnierzami, zas w polu jej podstawy górnej usytuowana jest czesc górna majaca ksztalt walca, którego sciana boczna jest plasko scieta na calej wysokosci. W polu plasko scietej sciany czesci górnej wkladu, znajduja sie trzy pólkuliste wypuklosci polozone w poblizu scietej krawedzi górnej oraz wybranie majace, w widoku z przodu, zarys litery „U", które jest polozone przy krawedzi dolnej tej czesci. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the cleaning cartridge containing the biocide used in filters. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the cleaning cartridge containing the biocide in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the cartridge in a front view, Fig. 3 - the cartridge in a back view, Fig. 4 - the cartridge in a side view, Fig. 5 - the cartridge in a second side view, Fig. 6 - the cartridge in a top view, and Fig. 7 - the cartridge in a bottom view. An industrial-design biocide-containing cleaning cartridge, comprising a lower and upper section, has the following essential features: the lower section is shaped like a solid with a roughly semi-oval lower and upper base, and a rectangular rear wall. The convex wall contains three parallel protrusions, located halfway up the wall and extending from the center of the wall to the left edge. The rear wall of the lower section of the cartridge contains two symmetrical cylindrical projections with flanges, while the upper base contains a cylindrical upper section with a flat-cut side wall along its entire height. In the area of the flatly cut wall of the upper part of the insert, there are three hemispherical protrusions located near the cut upper edge and a recess having, in a front view, the outline of the letter "U", which is located at the lower edge of this part. Furthermore, on the lower wall of the lower part of the insert, two symmetrical protrusions are visible, as shown in the attached illustration, from fig. 1 to fig. 7.
