Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztal- cie czajnika elektrycznego . Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia czajnik elek- tryczny w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- czajnik w widoku z przodu, fig.3- czajnik w widoku z tylu, fig.4- czajnik w widoku z boku, fig.5- czajnik w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- czajnik w widoku z góry, a fig.7- czajnik w widoku z dolu.Czajnik elektryczny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego/ obejmujacy dwusegmentowy korpus z raczka i przykrywka oraz podstawe, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: oba segmenty korpusu czajnika maja, w widoku z góry, zarys kwadratu z lu- kowato zaokraglonymi narozami, przy czym sciany boczne, scia- na przednia i tylna korpusu przebiegaja pionowo i przechodza lukowato w plaska sciane górna, posrodku, której usytuowana jest przykrywka o zarysie kwadratu z lukowato zaokraglonymi narozami i majaca centralny prostopadloscienny uchwyt. Ponad przykrywka przebiega raczka z profilu prostopadlosciennego, która w widoku z boku ma zarys litery "U", a jej konce usytu- owane sa na lukowatych granicach pomiedzy sciana górna, a sciana przednia i sciana tylna korpusu czajnika. Ponadto, w polu sciany tylnej segmentu górnego korpusu czajnika usytu- owany jest wskaznik wody z centralnym prostokatnym okienkiem, a w polu sciany tylnej segmentu dolnego korpusu czajnika usy- tuowany jest wystep majacy, w widoku z góry, zarys pólowalu. Podstawa czajnika ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie kwadratu z lukowato zaokraglonymi narozami, przy czym jest ona nizsza od segmentu dolnego korpusu czajnika. Bok podstawy czajnika jest wiekszy od boku segmentów korpusu, jak przed- stawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 7.FIG . 1FIG. 2FIG. 4FIG. 6 PL PLElectric kettle The design registration right is valid from: August 27, 2002 Priority: February 28, 2002 (WIPO) The subject of the industrial design is an electric kettle. The novelty and originality of the design are manifested in the shape of the electric kettle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows an electric kettle in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the kettle in a front view, fig. 3 - the kettle in a back view, fig. 4 - the kettle in a side view, fig. 5 - the kettle in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the kettle in a top view, and fig. 7 - the kettle in a bottom view. The electric kettle according to the industrial design/ comprising a two-segment body with a handle and a lid and a base has the following essential features: both segments of the kettle body have, in a top view, a square outline with arc-shaped rounded corners, wherein the side walls, the front and rear walls of the body run vertically and turn in an arc into a flat top wall, in the middle of which there is a lid in a square outline with arc-shaped rounded corners and having a central Cuboidal handle. A handle with a rectangular profile runs above the lid, which in a side view has the outline of the letter "U," and its ends are located on the arcuate boundaries between the top wall and the front and rear walls of the kettle body. Furthermore, a water level indicator with a central rectangular window is located in the rear wall area of the upper segment of the kettle body, and a protrusion is located in the rear wall area of the lower segment of the kettle body, which in a top view has a semi-oval outline. The kettle base has the shape of a cuboid with a square base with arcuately rounded corners, being lower than the lower segment of the kettle body.
