Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztal- cie dozownika produktów aerozolowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia dozownik pro- duktów aerozolowych w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- dozow- nik produktów aerozolowych w widoku z boku, fig.3- dozownik w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.4- dozownik w widoku z przodu, fig.5- dozownik w widoku z tylu, fig.6- dozownik w widoku z góry, a fig.7- dozownik w widoku z dolu.Dozownik produktów aerozolowych wedlug wzoru prze- myslowego, obejmujacy czesc przednia i tylna, posiada naste- pujace cechy istotne: czesc przednia majaca postac wypuklej pokrywy ma w czesci górnej poziome sciecie, od którego odcho- dzi wybranie, a w nim wkladka, przy czym wybranie i wkladka maja zarysy prostokata z lukowatym krótszym bokiem. W polu wkladki znajduje sie walcowe wybranie z kolistym otworkiem. Ponadto w polu sciany przedniej pokrywy usytuowane jest wklesniecie, które w widoku z przodu ma zarys litery "U". W czesci górnej pokrywy polozone sa dwa ucha odchodzace ku tylowi, z których kazde ma walcowy otwór. Czesc tylna dozow- nika ma ksztalt w przyblizeniu prostopadloscianu wybranego w czesci górnej po stronach bocznych, przy czym w czesci gór- nej, na stronach bocznych, znajduja sie dwa walcowe bolce wchodzace w walcowe otwory kazdego ucha czesci górnej pokry- wy. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the aerosol product dispenser. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows an aerosol product dispenser in a perspective view, fig. 2 - an aerosol product dispenser in a side view, fig. 3 - a dispenser in a view from the other side, fig. 4 - a front view, fig. 5 - a rear view, fig. 6 - a top view, and fig. 7 - a bottom view. The aerosol product dispenser according to the industrial design, comprising a front and a rear part, has the following essential features: the front part in the form of a convex cover has a horizontal cut in the upper part, from which a recess extends, and within it an insert, wherein the recess and the insert have the outline of a rectangle with an arcuate shorter side. In the area of the insert there is a cylindrical recess with a circular opening. In addition, the front cover has a recess in the wall area, which, when viewed from the front, has the shape of the letter "U." The top cover has two rearward-projecting lugs, each with a cylindrical opening. The rear part of the dispenser has an approximate cuboid shape, defined by the lateral sides of the top cover. The top cover has two cylindrical pins on the lateral sides that engage the cylindrical openings of each lug on the top cover. In addition, the rear wall area of the rear part of the dispenser includes: a circular area and two similar areas, each having the outline of a figure composed of a rectangle, a rectangular trapezoid and a parallelogram, as well as a self-adhesive rectangular overlay located centrally, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to 7.
