Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z przodu i z boku, fig.2- butelke w widoku z przodu, fig.3- butelke w widoku z boku, fig.4- butelke w widoku z góry, a fig.5- butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt bryly, która w podstawie ma czworokat z lukowatymi bokami, przy czymsciana przednia i tylna butelki jest wklesla, a sciany boczne sa wypukle. Na kazdej scianie bocznej znajduja sie trzy ozdobne wklesniecia majace, w widoku z boku, zarysy owalne. Sciana górna butelki jest plaska i wypietrza sie z niej kolnierz majacy, w widoku z góry, zarys owalny. Na kazdej scianie bocznej, tuz ponizej krawedzi sciany górnej, usytuowane jest pojedyncze plytkie wklesniecie zachodzace lukiem na sciane przednia i tylna. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in perspective views from above, from the front, and from the side; fig. 2 shows the bottle in a front view; fig. 3 shows the bottle in a side view; fig. 4 shows the bottle in a top view; and fig. 5 shows the bottle in a bottom view. The bottle, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: it has the shape of a solid with a quadrangle at its base with arched sides, with the front and rear walls being concave and the side walls being convex. Each side wall has three decorative indentations, which, when viewed from the side, have an oval outline. The top wall of the bottle is flat and has a flange rising from it, which, when viewed from above, has an oval outline. On each side wall, just below the edge of the top wall, is a single shallow indentation, which arcs over the front and rear walls. In addition, the front and rear walls have an arc-shaped decorative edge, which continues straight onto the side walls, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1 to 5.
