Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of a container with cap having a container portion and a cap portion, the container portion having a bottom surface, front, rear and side surfaces, and a top surface; the bottom surface is of a generally square configuration with slightly rounded corners. The cross-sectional area of the container portion adjacent the top surface is larger than the cross-sectional area thereof adjacent the bottom surface.In the first variant, the front and rear surfaces are generally symmetrical and are curved outwards and the side surfaces are generally symmetrical and are curved inwards; the corners between the front surface and the adjacent side surfaces and between the rear surface and the adjacent side surfaces are slightly curved over the height of the corners; the top surface extends upwards and inwards from the front, rear and side surfaces to the centrally located cap portion; a line extends centrally the height of the front and rear surfaces and continues across the top surface to the cap portion.In the second variant, the front and rear surfaces are generally symmetrical and are curved outwards and the side surfaces are generally symmetrical and are curved inwards; the corners between the front surface and the adjacent side surfaces and between the rear surface and the adjacent side surfaces are slightly curved over the height of the corners; the top surface extends upwards and inwards from the front, rear and side surfaces to the centrally located cap portion; a line extends centrally the height of the front and rear surfaces and continues across the top surface to the cap portion; the top surface of the second variant is steeper than the top surface of the first variant.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1.1 is a top perspective view of a first variant of the design for the container with cap;Fig. 1.2 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 1.3 is a side elevation view thereof;Fig. 1.4 is a top view thereof; andFig. 1.5 is a bottom view thereof.Fig. 2.1 is a top perspective view of a second variant of the design for the container with cap;Fig. 2.2 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 2.3 is a side elevation view thereof;Fig. 2.4 is a top view thereof; andFig. 2.5 is a bottom view thereof.Drawings of the design are included.
