Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the rechargeable battery as shown in the drawings; the rechargeable battery presents a cylindrical section which merges into a lower shoulder portion having a beveled upper surface and into a generally frustoconical upper section having a flat top surface; the rechargeable battery also presents a raised section extending the height of the front of the rechargeable battery, the raised section having flared side surfaces and a curved outer surface that follows the contour of the cylindrical and upper sections; the portion of the raised section adjacent the upper section of the rechargeable battery tapers upwards and inwards in side view and the raised section presents generally rectangular recessed areas therein at the upper and lower ends thereof; the generally frustoconical upper section has a beveled upper edge and spaced-apart generally rectangular recessed areas therein; the generally rectangular recessed areas and the upper generally rectangular recessed area in the raised section present stepped inner surfaces.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a left front perspective view from above of the design of the rechargeable battery;Fig. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 3 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 4 is a right side elevation view thereof;Fig. 5 is a left side elevation view thereof;Fig. 6 is a top plan view thereof; andFig. 7 is a bottom view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included.
