Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the features of shape, configuration and ornamentation of a container having a container portion and a cap portion, the container portion having front, rear and side surfaces; the side surfaces of the container portion are generally mirror images of each other and the front and rear surfaces of the container portion are generally mirror images of each other; the front and rear surfaces each include an elevated section which generally forms a parallelogram relative to the generally identical triangular recessed sections of the surface of the front and rear surfaces which are situated at the upper left and lower right corners of the front and rear surfaces of the container portion; the cap portion is centrally positioned at the upper end of the container portion and has side surfaces which are generally axially aligned with the container portion.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1.1 is a front right side perspective view of the design for the container;Fig. 1.2 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 1.3 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 1.4 is a right side elevation view thereof;Fig. 1.5 is a left side elevation view thereof;Fig. 1.6 is a top view thereof;Fig. 1.7 is a bottom view thereof;Fig. 2.1 is a front left side perspective view of a first variant of the design for the container; Fig. 2.2 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 2.3 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 2.4 is a left side elevation view thereof;Fig. 2.5 is a right side elevation view thereof;Fig. 2.6 is a top view thereof; andFig. 2.7 is a bottom view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included.
