Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztal- cie plastikowego pojemnika przepuszczajacego wode. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru ma zastosowanie w zmywarkach do naczyn w celu podawania srodka czyszczacego wraz z woda. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia plastikowy pojemnik przepuszczajacy wode w widoku perspektywicznym,fig.2- pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig.3- pojemnik w widoku z tylu, fig.4- pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 5- pojemnik w widoku z góry, a fig.6 pojemnik w widoku z dolu. Plastikowy pojemnik przepuszczajacy wode wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt bryly, która jest polaczeniem dwóch osmioscianów, w których podstawa dolna i górna oraz sciana tylna jest plas- ka, zas pozostale sciany przebiegaja skosnie w kierunku pod- staw, przy czym górny osmioscian jest nizszy. Na dwóch scia- nach bocznych przylegajacych do sciany tylnej kazdego osmios- cianu oraz na scianie górnej i dolnej pojemnika znajduja sie otwory o zarysach prostokatnych, a w polu sciany tylnej po- jemnika usytuowane sa liczne otwory o zarysach kolistych. Po- nadto na scianie tylnej pojemnika znajduja sie dwa profilowa- ne ucha usytuowane przy krawedzi górnej oraz dwa wystepy ma- jace, w widoku z boku i z tylu, zarysy prostokatne. The design registration right is valid from: 14 May 2002. Priority: 14 November 2001 (Great Britain). The subject of the industrial design is a water-permeable plastic container. The novelty and originality of the design are manifested in the shape of the water-permeable plastic container. The container according to the design is used in dishwashers to supply cleaning agent along with water. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the water-permeable plastic container in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the container in a side view, fig. 3 - the container in a rear view, fig. 4 - the container in a front view, fig. 5 - the container in a top view, and fig. 6 - the container in a bottom view. The industrial-design plastic water-permeable container has the following key features: it has a solid shape that is a combination of two octahedrons, in which the lower and upper bases, as well as the rear wall, are flat, while the remaining walls run diagonally toward the bases, with the upper octahedron being lower. The two side walls adjacent to the rear wall of each octahedron, as well as the top and bottom walls of the container, have rectangular openings, and the rear wall of the container has numerous circular openings. Furthermore, the rear wall of the container has two profiled handles located near the top edge and two projections that, when viewed from the side and rear, have rectangular openings.
