Szczotka do zebów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca dwusegmentowy uchwyt oraz glowice, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: segment dolny uchwytu ma ksztalt bryly o podstawie owalu i wypuklej scianie bocznej, na której znajduja sie dwa owalne wglebienia usytuowane po bokach. Krawedz pomiedzy segmentem dolnym i górnym uchwytu tworzy zarys falisty od strony przedniej i zarys poziomy od strony bocznej i tylnej. Segment górny uchwytu ma ksztalt w przyblizeniu stozka scietego z podstawa owalna, którego sciana boczna jest wypukla na bokach w polowie jej wysokosci, a od strony przedniej usytuowana jest nakladka, której krawedzie boczne sa faliste. Posrodku nakladki znajduje sie owalny obszar, a w nim wystep o zarysie owalnym z centralnym przyciskiem, który w widoku z przodu ma zarys prostokata, i z dwoma wklesnieciami, kazde majace zarys trójkata równoramiennego z lukowatymi ramionami i zaokraglonymi wierzcholkami. Na stronach bocznych segmentu górnego uchwytu znajduja sie dwa symetryczne owalne pola, których powierzchnie zachodza na strone tylna segmentu, a w kazdym polu usytuowane jest wklesniecie o zarysie owalu. Glowica z wlosiem ma scieta powierzchnie tylna przy górnej zaokraglonej krawedzi, a na scietej powierzchni znajduje sie wystep majacy w widoku z boku zarys trójkata rozwartokatnego. Od strony przedniej na glowicy polozone sa dwie plytki, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l, fig.3, fig.4, fig.5, fig.6, fig.7, fig.8.Nastepna szczotka do zebów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: uchwyt ma ksztalt bryly o podstawie owalu, przy czym sciana boczna bryly jest wypukla w czesci dolnej i bardziej wypukla w czesci srodkowej, zas w czesci górnej ma ksztalt w przyblizeniu stozka scietego. Powierzchnia tylna uchwytu jest scieta przy górnej zaokraglonej krawedzi, a na scietej powierzchni znajduje sie wystep majacy w widoku z boku zarys trójkata rozwartokatnego. The subject of the industrial design is a toothbrush. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in its shape. This industrial-style toothbrush, featuring a two-segment handle and head, has the following key features: the lower handle segment is shaped like a solid with an oval base and a convex side wall, with two oval recesses on the sides. The edge between the lower and upper handle segments forms a wavy outline on the front and a horizontal outline on the sides and rear. The upper handle segment is roughly shaped like a truncated cone with an oval base, the side wall of which is convex at the sides at mid-height, and a cover is located on the front with wavy edges. In the center of the overlay is an oval area, containing an oval-shaped protrusion with a central button, which in front view has the outline of a rectangle, and two concavities, each in the shape of an isosceles triangle with arcuate arms and rounded tops. On the sides of the upper handle segment are two symmetrical oval fields, whose surfaces overlap the rear side of the segment, and each field contains an oval-shaped concavity. The bristle head has a beveled rear surface at the upper, rounded edge, and on the beveled surface is a protrusion that in side view has the outline of an obtuse triangle. On the front side of the head, two plates are located, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8. The next toothbrush, based on an industrial design, has the following essential features: the handle is shaped like a solid with an oval base, with the side wall of the solid being convex in the lower part and more convex in the middle, while in the upper part it has the shape of an approximately truncated cone. The rear surface of the handle is chamfered at the upper, rounded edge, and the chamfered surface has a protrusion that, when viewed from the side, has the outline of an obtuse triangle.
