Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie szczotki do zebów . Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zala- czonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia szczotke do zebów w widoku perspektywicznym z góry i z boku, fig.2- szczotke w widoku z tylu, fig.3- szczotke w widoku od strony glowicy z wlosiem, fig.4- szczotke w widoku od strony konca uchwytu, fig.5- szczotke w widoku z boku, a fig.6- szczotke w widoku z boku z suwakiem w alternatywnej pozycji.Szczotka do zebów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obej- mujaca dwusegmentowa glowice z wlosiem ulozonym w peczkach oraz uchwyt o zarysie linii falistej, posiada nastepujace ce- chy istotne: wlosie w peczkach ulozone jest prostopadle w stosunku do powierzchni pierwszego segmentu glowicy, zas w polu drugiego segmentu ulozone jest w peczkach biegnacych pod katem do powierzchni tego segmentu, przy czym glowica od- dzielona jest od uchwytu elementem majacym, w widoku z tylu, zarys czworoboku, którego dwa boki sa lukowate, a powierzch- nia przednia i tylna tego elementu jest wypukla. Na stronie tylnej uchwytu usytuowany jest suwak, na którego wypuklej tylnej powierzchni znajduja sie pólkuliste wystepy. Suwak po- lozony jest ponizej sfaldowania na uchwycie. The novelty and originality of the design is demonstrated by the shape of the toothbrush. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a toothbrush in a perspective view from above and from the side, fig. 2 - the brush in a back view, fig. 3 - the brush in a view from the side of the head with bristles, fig. 4 - the brush in a view from the end of the handle, fig. 5 - the brush in a side view, and fig. 6 - the brush in a side view with the slider in an alternative position. The toothbrush according to the industrial design, comprising a two-segment head with bristles arranged in tufts and a handle with a wavy line outline, has the following essential features: the bristles in the tufts are arranged perpendicularly to the surface of the first segment of the head, while in the area of the second segment they are arranged in tufts running at an angle to the surface of this segment, the head being separated from the handle by an element having, in a rear view, the outline of a quadrilateral, two of whose sides are arcuate, and the front and rear surfaces of this element are convex. On the rear side of the handle, there is a slider, on the convex rear surface of which there are hemispherical projections. The slider is located below the fold on the handle. Furthermore, in the area of the overlays located on the front and rear sides of the handle, there are hemispherical projections, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 to Fig. 6.
