Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztal- cie glowicy szczotki do zebów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia glowice szczotki do zebów w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i z bo- ku, fig.2- glowice w widoku z dolu, fig.3- glowice w widoku z boku, fig.4- glowice w widoku z góry, fig.5- glowice w wi- doku z drugiego boku, fig.6- glowice w widoku od przedniego konca, a fig.7- glowice w widoku od tylnego konca.Glowica szczotki do zebów wedlug wzoru przemyslowe- go, obejmujaca trzy segmenty oraz wlosie ulozone w peczkach posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: segment tylny glowicy sta- nowi plytke/ która jest zasadniczo plaska w czesci tylnej i srodkowej, zas w czesci przedniej wznosi sie ku przodowi i na powierzchni tylnej jest wypukla, przy czym w czesci tyl- nej znajduja sie dwie podluzne szczeliny oraz maly wystep o zarysie trapezu w widoku z boku. Segment srodkowy glowicy stanowi plytke, która jest plaska w czesci tylnej i srodko- wej, zas w czesci przedniej ma ksztalt czesci kuli, przy czym na powierzchni przedniej tego segmentu znajduje sie od przodu obnizenie, a w tym obnizeniu usytuowany jest segment przedni glowicy, który stanowi plytke majaca w widoku z góry zarys kolisty. Wlosie ulozone jest na powierzchni przedniej segmen- tu srodkowego i segmentu przedniego w kolistych peczkach lub w peczkach, których powierzchnia przednia ma zarys owalu, przy czym wysokosc peczków jest zróznicowana, a kierunek wlo- sia jest prostopadly lub skosny w stosunku do powierzchni przedniej segmentu. The novelty and originality of the design are manifested in the shape of the toothbrush head. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the toothbrush head in a perspective view from the front and side, fig. 2 - the heads in a bottom view, fig. 3 - the heads in a side view, fig. 4 - the heads in a top view, fig. 5 - the heads in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the heads in a front end view, and fig. 7 - the heads in a rear end view. The toothbrush head according to the industrial design, comprising three segments and bristles arranged in tufts, has the following essential features: the rear segment of the head is a plate which is essentially flat in the rear and middle part, while in the front part it rises towards the front and is convex on the rear surface, while in the rear part there are two longitudinal slots and a small projection with an outline A trapezoid in side view. The middle segment of the head is a plate that is flat in its rear and middle parts, and in its front part is spherical in shape. The front surface of this segment has a recess at the front, and in this recess is located the front segment of the head, which is a plate that has a circular outline in top view. The bristles are arranged on the front surface of the middle segment and the front segment in circular tufts or in tufts whose front surface has an oval outline, the height of the tufts being varied and the direction of the bristles being perpendicular or oblique to the front surface of the segment. The front surface of the middle segment includes a total of fourteen bristle tufts, and the front surface of the front segment includes a total of twenty bristle tufts, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1 to 7.
