W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, szczoteczka do zebów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni, barwie i rysunku. Compared to known products of this type, similar in appearance, the toothbrush according to the industrial design is distinguished by its new form manifested in its shape, surface properties, color, and design. The toothbrush in the first and second design variants consists of a handle, a neck and a head. The brush handle is bent towards the front of the brush in relation to the head. An enlarged, generally oval, frontally viewed toothbrush handle has elastomeric insertion areas on each side and a generally circular finger rest on the front. The rear side of the toothbrush includes elastomeric insertion channels extending towards the central longitudinal axis of the brush from the lateral elastomeric insertion areas and merging into a central channel on the longitudinal axis of the brush, which channel continues towards the brush head through a neck having two spherical protrusions positioned along the length of the neck, the inserted elastomeric channel extending around the neck between the spherical protrusions and continuing through the rear side of the brush head where it terminates in a circular elastomeric insertion area. The toothbrush in the first design variation has bristle tufts arranged at an angle to the front surface of the brush head. The three rows of bristle tufts closest to the brush head are angled toward the brush head and extend beyond the brush head. The columns of bristle tufts along the edges of the head are angled in the opposite direction from the tufts at the head head. The central columns of bristle tufts are angled toward the brush head head. The toothbrush in the second design variation has bristles marked with dashed lines for illustrative purposes only, as the bristles do not form part of the claimed design. The essential features of the toothbrush in the first variant of the industrial design are that an enlarged, substantially oval, in front view, brush handle has inserted elastomeric regions on each side thereof and has a substantially circular finger rest at the front, and on the rear side of the brush extend inserted elastomeric channels extending towards the central longitudinal axis of the brush from the lateral inserted elastomeric regions and merging into a central channel on the longitudinal axis of the brush, which channel continues towards the brush head through a neck which has two spherical protrusions arranged along the length of the neck, the inserted elastomeric channel extending around the neck between the spherical protrusions and continuing through the rear side of the brush head where it terminates in a circular inserted elastomeric channel. an elastomeric region and the brush has tufts of bristles arranged at an angle to the front surface of the brush head, the three rows of tufts of bristles nearest the brush tip are angled towards the brush tip and extend beyond the brush tip, the columns of tufts of bristles along the edges of the head are angled in the opposite direction to the tufts of bristles at the tip, and the central columns of tufts of bristles are angled towards the brush tip, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1 - 1.6.
