In comparison to known products of this type, similar in form, the toothbrush according to the industrial design is distinguished by its new form manifested in its shape, surface properties, color, and design. The toothbrush in the first and second variants of the design has a handle ending in the upper part of the head with brush bristles arranged in a substantially oval shape. The slightly forward-tilted brush head transitions into an elongated, streamlined handle. The upper section of the handle curves toward the front of the brush, then curves toward the rear, transitioning into the lower section of the handle, which has convex walls that taper toward the rounded lower end. Viewed from the front and back, the brush handle widens slightly at the bottom and in the middle. The brush handle is made of multiple layers of material, which can be the same or different, transparent or opaque, and in the same or different colors. The central portion of the handle, on the front and back surfaces, features a group of small horizontal ellipses arranged in rows one below the other. On the front surface, a group of ellipses is placed inside an elliptical element, surrounded by a second elliptical element. A strip-like element extends along the length of the brush from its middle to its bottom, emphasizing the brush's shape. On the lower part of the handle, on the rear surface of the brush, there is a row of vertically aligned ellipses arranged above and parallel to the strip-like element, while on the lower part of the handle, on the front surface of the brush, there is an arc-shaped outline. On the upper part, the handle has a decorative outline forming a peak on the front and rear surfaces of the brush. Below this outline are circumferentially arranged circular elements. The brush head is of substantially equal thickness and has substantially oval upper and lower surfaces. The toothbrush in the first design variant has tufts of bristles protruding from the upper surface of the brush head. The rows of bristle tufts extending longitudinally across the brush and located in the center of the head are inclined alternately in opposite directions. The horizontal rows of bristle tufts in the upper and lower parts of the head extend vertically. The height of the bristle tufts is varied; that is, the bristle tufts are trimmed so that, from a side view, the lower and upper tufts decrease in height in an arc towards the arc-shaped central tufts, while a single row of bristle tufts of greater height extends between the upper and middle tufts and between the lower and middle tufts. The toothbrush in the second design variation has bristles marked with dashed lines for illustrative purposes only, as the bristles do not form part of the claimed design. The toothbrush in the third and fourth design variations has a handle ending in a head at the top with bristles arranged in a generally oval shape. The slightly forward-tilted brush head transitions into an elongated, streamlined brush handle. The upper section of the handle curves toward the front of the brush, and then the handle curves toward the rear of the brush, transitioning into a lower section with convex walls that taper toward the rounded lower end of the brush. In front and rear views, the brush handle is slightly wider at the bottom and in the middle. A toothbrush handle is made of multiple layers of material, which can be the same or different, transparent or opaque, and in the same or different colors. The toothbrush handle has two elliptical elements in its central front section, one of which is positioned inside the other. A strip-like element extends along the length of the brush from its central section to the bottom, emphasizing the brush's shape. The lower part of the handle, on the front surface of the brush, has an arcuate outline. The upper part of the handle has a decorative outline, creating a peak on the front and rear surfaces of the brush. The brush head is generally of equal thickness and has generally oval upper and lower surfaces. The essential features of the toothbrush in the first variant of the industrial design are that a slightly forward tilted brush head with bristles arranged in a substantially oval shape transitions into an elongated streamlined brush handle, wherein the upper section of the handle is bent towards the front of the brush, and then the handle curves towards the rear of the brush transitioning into a lower section of the handle with convex walls tapering towards a rounded lower end of the brush, and in front and rear views the brush handle is slightly widened in its lower section and in its middle section, wherein the brush handle is formed of multiple layers of material, which materials may be the same or different, transparent or opaque, in the same or different colours, and the brush handle has in its middle section parts on the front and rear surfaces a group of small horizontal ellipses arranged in rows one below the other, wherein on the front surface the group of ellipses is placed inside an elliptical element surrounded by a second elliptical element, and along the length of the toothbrush from its middle part to the bottom part a strip-like element emphasizing the shape of the brush extends, and in the lower part of the handle, on the rear surface of the brush, there is a row of vertically arranged ellipses arranged above the strip-like element and parallel to it and in the lower part of the handle, on the front surface of the brush there is an arc-shaped outline, and in the upper part the handle has a decorative outline forming a peak on the front and rear surfaces of the brush, below which are circumferentially arranged circular elements, and the brush head has substantially the same thickness and substantially oval upper and lower surfaces, with tufts protruding from the upper surface of the head bristles of a toothbrush, wherein the rows of bristle tufts extending in the longitudinal direction of the brush and located in the middle part of the head are inclined alternately in opposite directions, and the horizontal rows of bristle tufts in the upper and lower parts of the head protrude vertically and the height of the bristle tufts is varied, and the bristle tufts are cut so that in a side view the lower and upper tufts decrease in height in an arc towards the middle tufts cut in the shape of an arc, and between the upper and middle tufts and between the lower and middle tufts there protrudes one row of bristle tufts of greater height, as shown in the attached drawing, Figs. 1-5. The essential features of the toothbrush in the third variant of the industrial design are that a slightly forwardly inclined brush head with bristles arranged in a substantially oval shape transitions into an elongated streamlined brush handle, wherein the upper section of the handle is bent towards the front of the brush, and then the handle curves towards the rear of the brush transitioning into a lower section of the handle with convex walls tapering towards a rounded lower end of the brush, and in front and rear views the brush handle is slightly widened in its lower section and in its middle section, wherein the brush handle is formed of a plurality of layers of material, which materials may be the same or different, transparent or opaque, of the same or different colours, and the brush handle has in its middle section parts on the front surface two elliptical elements, one of which is placed inside the other, and along the length of the brush from its middle part to the lower part a strip element extends emphasizing the shape of the brush, wherein in the lower part of the handle, on the front surface of the brush, there is an arcuate outline, and in the upper part the handle has a decorative outline forming a point on the front and rear surfaces of the brush, and the brush head has a substantially equal thickness and substantially oval upper and lower surfaces, wherein tufts of brush bristles protrude from the upper surface of the head, wherein the rows of tufts of bristles extending in the longitudinal direction of the brush and located in the middle part of the head are inclined alternately in opposite directions, and the horizontal rows of tufts of bristles in the upper and lower parts of the head protrude vertically, and the height of the tufts the bristle pattern is varied and the bristle tufts are cut so that in a side view the lower and upper tufts decrease in height in an arc towards the central tufts cut in the shape of an arc, and between the upper and central tufts and between the lower and central tufts there is one row of bristle tufts of greater height, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 13 - 19. The essential features of the toothbrush in the fourth variation of the industrial design are that the slightly forward-tilted brush head, with the brush bristles arranged in a substantially oval shape, passes into an elongated brush handle with streamlined shapes, wherein the upper section of the handle is bent towards the front of the brush, and then the handle bends towards the rear a brush passing into the lower part of a handle with convex walls tapering towards a rounded lower end of the brush, and in a front and rear view the brush handle is slightly widened in its lower part and in its middle part, wherein the brush handle is made of multiple layers of material, which materials may be the same or different, transparent or opaque, in the same or different colours, and the brush handle has in its middle part on the front surface two elliptical elements, one of which is placed inside the other, and along the length of the brush from its middle part to the lower part a strip-like element emphasizing the shape of the brush extends, wherein in the lower part of the handle, on the front surface of the brush, there is an arcuate outline, and in the upper part the handle has a decorative outline forming a peak on the front and rear surfaces of the brush, and the brush head has substantially equal thickness and substantially oval upper and lower surfaces, as shown in the accompanying drawing, Figs. 20-26.
