W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, szczoteczka do zebów, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturów . Wzór szczoteczki do zebów uwidoczniono na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia szczoteczke do zebów w widoku perspektywicznym od strony prawego boku, przy czym widok od strony lewego boku stanowi lustrzane odbicie, fig.2 przedstawia szczoteczke w widoku perspektywicznym od tylu i od prawego boku, przy czym widok perspektywiczny od strony lewego boku stanowi lustrzane odbicie, fig.3 przedstawia szczoteczke w widok od tylu, fig.4 - szczoteczke w widoku z boku, fig.5 - szczoteczke w widoku z przodu, fig.6 szczoteczka w widoku od dolu/"' fig.7 przedstawia szczoteczke w widoku od góry. Szczoteczka do zebów, skladajaca sie z glówki, szyjki i rekojesci ma wydluzony ksztalt o zaokraglonych krawedziach i narozach. Rekojesc, w widoku z przodu, jest w czesci centralnej przewezona i poszerza sie w kierunku szyjki i do dolu. W dolnej czesci ma nieco wezszy i zaokraglony koniec.Czesc w poblizu szyjki ma usytuowane centralnie, eliptyczne nieznaczne wybrzuszenie do przodu i do tylu, w innym odcieniu niz pozostala czesc rekojesci. W widoku od tylu ksztalt rekojesci jest taki sam lecz ma inny odcien zachodzacy na boki szczoteczki i zaokraglony w kierunku szyjki. W dolnej czesci rekojesc ma poprzeczne naciecia o zmiennej dlugosci i ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata o zaokraglonych przeciwleglych bokach. Naciecia sa usytuowane z odstepem, przy czym najkrótsze sa ulozone na w górnej i dolnej czesci rekojesci. W widoku z boku rekojesc ma górna czesc pochylona w kierunku szyjki szczoteczki, zas pozostala czesc jest nieco odgieta do góry i do dolu w kierunku konca szczoteczki. Szyjka szczoteczki jest najcienszym elementem szczoteczki, a w widoku z przodu rozszerza sie w kierunku rekojesci i glówki. Glówka ma w widoku od tylu ksztalt zblizony do prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach i krawedziach oraz ma czesc srodkowa nieco wystajaca poza obrys glówki , co jest widoczne na w widoku od przodu szczoteczki. Na glówce sa usytuowane wiazki wlókien umieszczone w zewnetrznym rzedzie po trzy od góry i od dolu, po obwodzie glówki i o przekroju trójkatnym. W srodku glówka, jest usytuowana okragla wiazka wlókien, a nad nia i pod nia jest mniejsze kólko wloJcien. W srodku kazdego z trzech kólek wlókien jest mniejsze wspólsrodkowe kólko wiazki wlókien o jasniejszym odcieniu. Wiazki wlókien zewnetrznych sa wyzsze niz srodkowe. Od spodu glówka ma jasniejsze obramowanie , a w srodku trzy kólka usytuowane jedno na drugim w pionowym rzedzie. Compared to similarly shaped products of this type, the toothbrush, as presented in the industrial design, is distinguished by its new form, manifesting itself in its shape, arrangement of lines, and contours. The toothbrush design is shown in the drawings, where Fig. 1 shows the toothbrush in a perspective view from the right side, where the view from the left side is a mirror image, Fig. 2 shows the toothbrush in a perspective view from the back and from the right side, where the perspective view from the left side is a mirror image, Fig. 3 shows the toothbrush in a back view, Fig. 4 - the toothbrush in a side view, Fig. 5 - the toothbrush in a front view, Fig. 6 - the toothbrush in a bottom view/"' Fig. 7 shows the toothbrush in a top view. The toothbrush, consisting of a head, neck and handle, has an elongated shape with rounded edges and corners. The handle, in a front view, is narrowed in the central part and widens towards The neck and downward. Its lower part is slightly narrower and rounded. The part near the neck has a central, elliptical, slight bulge forward and backward, in a different shade than the rest of the handle. From the rear view, the handle's shape is the same but has a different shade extending to the sides of the brush and rounding towards the neck. The lower part of the handle has transverse notches of variable length and a shape similar to a rectangle with rounded opposite sides. The notches are spaced apart, with the shortest notches located on the upper and lower parts of the handle. From the side view, the handle has its upper part inclined towards the neck of the toothbrush, while the remaining part is slightly bent upward and downward towards the end of the brush. The bristle is the thinnest element of the brush, and in the front view it widens towards the handle and head. From the back, the head has a shape similar to a rectangle with rounded corners and edges, and has a central part that protrudes slightly beyond the head's outline, as visible in the front view of the brush. The head has bundles of fibers arranged in an outer row of three from the top and bottom, around the circumference of the head, and with a triangular cross-section. In the center of the head is a circular bundle of fibers, and above and below it is a smaller circle of bristles. In the center of each of the three circles of fibers is a smaller, concentric circle of fiber bundles with a lighter shade. The fiber bundles The outer ones are higher than the middle ones. From the bottom, the head has a lighter frame, and in the center, three rings are arranged one on top of the other in a vertical row. Viewed from below, the handle is round. The toothbrush's essential features include an elongated shape with rounded edges and corners. In the rear view, the shape of the handle is the same but has a different shade extending to the sides of the brush and rounded in in the direction of the neck, while in the lower part the handle has transverse incisions of variable length and a shape similar to a rectangle with rounded opposite sides, where the incisions are located with a gap, and the shortest are located in the upper and lower parts of the handle, while in a side view the handle has the upper part inclined towards the neck of the brush, while the remaining part is slightly bent up and down towards the end of the brush, while the neck of the brush is the thinnest element of the brush, and in a front view it widens towards the handle and the head, while the head has a shape similar to a rectangle in a front view with rounded corners and edges and has a middle part slightly protruding beyond the outline of the head, and on the head there are bundles fibers arranged in an outer row of three, around the circumference of the head from the top and bottom, and with a triangular cross-section, and in the center of the head there is a round bundle of fibers, and above and below it there is a smaller circle of fibers, where in the center of each of the three circles of fibers there is a smaller concentric circle of fiber bundle of a lighter shade, and the bundles of outer fibers are higher than the middle one, while from the back the head has a lighter frame, and in the center there are three circles located one on top of the other in a vertical row, while in the view from below the handle is round, as shown in the drawing, fig. 1-7.
