Compared to similarly designed products of this type, the toothbrush and toothbrush holder, as presented in the industrial design, are distinguished by their novelty in terms of shape, line arrangement, and surface structure. The toothbrush has a handle with a neck and a head with bristles. The handle has an elongated shape, rounded on the bottom and sides, and flatter at the top with a slight concavity near the neck and a rounded opposite end. Viewed from above, the handle has a shape similar to two ellipses connected by a narrowing, which overlap the sides of the handle. At the narrowing, the handle has gently shaped extensions on both sides, constituting the sides. The ellipse located near the neck has a pattern of diagonally arranged stripes intersecting at an angle, with the strip near the neck bent into a shape similar to a horseshoe. Viewed from below, the handle resembles two overlapping ellipses. One ellipse, located in the center of the handle, has the same intersecting stripe pattern as seen from above. One end narrows and merges with the other ellipse, which forms the end of the handle. The other end narrows toward the brush neck, then widens slightly and merges with the brush head again. This section of the brush features intersecting stripes. Near the neck, the brush has bulges protruding sideways. The brush neck, viewed from above and below, has an elongated shape that widens toward the handle and brush head. Viewed from above, however, it is obliquely shaped, and its edge, viewed from above, has a slight, rounded concavity. The brush head, viewed from above and below, resembles a rectangle with rounded corners. Viewed from the side, it resembles a rectangle with a flat upper edge and a rounded lower edge at the tip. The bristles are grouped into circular bundles arranged in four rows and seven ranks. The bundles located around the periphery of the head are larger in diameter and taller than those located in the center of the head. In the center of the head is a longitudinal partition with four lateral ribs. The essential features of the toothbrush are that it has a handle with a neck and a head made of bristles, wherein the handle has an elongated shape, rounded from the bottom and sides, and flatter from the top with a slight concavity near the neck and a rounded opposite end, and in a top view the handle has a shape similar to two ellipses connected by a narrowing, which overlap the sides of the handle, and in the place of narrowing the handle has on both sides gently shaped widenings constituting the sides of the handle of the toothbrush, wherein on the ellipse situated near the neck there is a pattern in the form of diagonally arranged stripes with respect to each other and intersecting at an angle, wherein the strip near the neck is bent into a shape similar to a horseshoe, while in a bottom view the handle has a shape resembling two ellipses overlapping one another, and one ellipse situated in the central part of the handle has the same motif of intersecting stripes as in the top view, and one end of it narrows and passes to the second ellipse constituting the end of the handle, while its other end narrows towards the neck of the brush, and then slightly widens and passes to the brush head by narrowing again, and in this part of the brush there is a motif of intersecting stripes, and near the neck the brush has bulges protruding to the sides, and the neck of the brush in the top and bottom view has an elongated shape widening towards the handle and the brush head, while in the side view it is set obliquely, and its edge in the top view has a slight, rounded concavity, while the brush head in the top and bottom view from below it has a shape similar to a rectangle with rounded corners, and in a side view it has the shape of a rectangle, the upper edge of which is flat and the lower edge is rounded at the end of the brush, the bristles are grouped into round bundles arranged in four rows and seven ranks, and the bundles located around the circumference of the head have a larger diameter and are higher than the bundles located in the central part of the head, while in the central part of the head there is a longitudinal partition with four ribs protruding to the sides, as shown in the drawings, fig. 1-6. In the side view, it has the shape of a rectangle, the upper edge of which is flat, while the lower edge is rounded at the end of the handle.
