Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szczoteczka do zebów dla dzieci. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, szczoteczka do zebów, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturów . Wzór szczoteczki do zebów uwidoczniono na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia szczoteczke do zebów w widoku od przodu, fig.2 przedstawia szczoteczke w widoku od strony prawej, przy czym widok od strony lewej stanowi lustrzane odbicie, fig.3 przedstawia szczoteczke w widok od tylu. Natomiast dolny koniec rekojesci jest zaokraglony i odgiety do tylu. Szyjka jest uksztaltowana esowato, zas glówka jest plaska z jednej strony i na tej stronie ma wiazki wlókien o róznej wysokosci, których wysokosc zwieksza sie do góry i do dolu szczoteczki. Od drugiej strony glówka ma centralnie usytuowany owalny element. W widoku od spodu rekojesc ma czesc centralna o eliptycznym ksztalcie i zaokraglonym dolnym koncu, zas górny koniec jest wklesniety. Po srodku sa trzy kólka, przy czym srodkowe kólko jest wieksze. Czesc centralna jest nieco pogrubiona po obu stronach. Natomiast szyjka zweza sie w kierunku glówki i jest zaokraglona na obu koncach. Glówka ma wspólsrodkowy, jajowaty obrys. Compared to similar products of this type, the toothbrush, according to the industrial design, is distinguished by its new form, manifesting itself in its shape, arrangement of lines, and contours. The toothbrush design is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the toothbrush from the front; Fig. 2 shows the toothbrush from the right side, with the left side view being a mirror image; and Fig. 3 shows the toothbrush from the back. The children's toothbrush has an elongated, oval shape. The handle, viewed from the front, has an elliptical central section, with an egg-shaped element at the top, a slightly narrower, rounded end extending downward from this section. From the top, the neck tapers toward the head, ending in an elliptically shaped head, the lower end of which overlaps the neck. The head has circular fiber bundles arranged in a row around the circumference of the head and in a row running through the center of the head, with two bundles extending symmetrically from one end to the other. In side view, the handle is biconvex, with three bulges on the outer surface, with depressions between them. On the inner side, the bulge has a regular, gentle shape with an undercut. The lower end of the handle is rounded and curved backward. The neck is S-shaped, while the head is flat on one side, with bundles of fibers of varying heights on this side, increasing towards the top and bottom of the brush. On the other side, the head has a central oval element. In the bottom view, the handle has an elliptical central section with a rounded lower end, while the upper end is concave. In the center are three wheels, the middle wheel being larger. The central part is slightly thickened on both sides. The neck tapers towards the head and is rounded at both ends. The head has a concentric, egg-shaped outline. The essential features of a children's toothbrush are that it has an elongated, rounded shape, while the handle, in a front view, has a central part of an elliptical shape, and in it from the top there is an egg-shaped element, and from this part a slightly narrower, rounded end protrudes downwards, and from the top the handle turns into a neck narrowing towards the head, ending with an elliptically shaped head, the lower end of which overlaps the neck, while on the head there are round bundles of fibers placed in a row located around the circumference of the head and in a row passing through the center of the head, and in one place two bundles extend from it symmetrically to the sides, while in a side view the handle is convex on both sides, while on the outer surface this bulge has three bulges, and between them depressions, and on the inner side the bulge has a regular, gentle shape with an undercut at the edge, while the lower end of the handle is rounded and bent backwards, the neck is S-shaped, while the head is flat on one side and on this side it has bundles of fibers of different heights, the height of which increases towards the top and bottom of the brush, while on the other side the head has a centrally located oval element, and in the view from below the handle has a central part of an elliptical shape with a rounded lower end, and the upper end is concave, with three circles in the middle, and the middle circle is larger, while the central part is slightly thickened on both sides, while the neck narrows towards towards the head and is rounded at both ends, the head having a concentric, egg-shaped outline, as shown in the drawing, fig. 1-3. fig. 1 fig. 2 fig. 3 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
