Priority: 12 October 2000 (Great Britain). The subject of the ornamental design is a toothbrush. The essence of the design is a new form of a toothbrush, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the toothbrush in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the toothbrush in a front view, fig. 3 - the brush in a back view, fig. 4 - the brush in a top view, fig. 5 - the brush in a bottom view, and fig. 6 - the brush in a side view. A toothbrush with a decorative design, comprising a bristle head and a two-part handle, is characterized by a head in the form of five segments, the first and second of which together form a plate with a hexagonal outline, three of whose sides are arcuate. The first and second segments are separated by an insert that, when viewed from the side, has the outline of an isosceles trapezoid and, when viewed from the back, the outline of an octagon. The bristles in the first segment are arranged in tufts in three horizontal rows, while those in the second segment are arranged in seven horizontal rows. The third segment, when viewed from the side, has the approximate shape of a truncated cone, the lateral wall of which is convex on the anterior side. Between the second and third segments is an insert that, in side view, is roughly cylindrical and, in front and rear views, oval in outline. An insert extending this segment adjoins the lower part of the third segment, and the lower edge of this insert is wavy-profiled, while in front and rear views, this insert has a semi-oval outline. Furthermore, behind this insert is the longitudinal segment of the fifth head, which is adjoined by two lateral inserts and a transverse insert on the rear side. The two-part shaft adjoins the aforementioned side inserts with a recess having, in front and rear views, the outline of the letter "U." The surface of the front part of the shaft is convex and has two groups of hemispherical protrusions, one group of which is located below the recess with the outline of the "U," and the other just above the end of this part of the shaft. On each side of this part of the shaft is a convex projection with an oval outline. Furthermore, the rear part of the shaft has a convex front surface and a flat rear surface, with the rear surface having the outline of an elongated oval. Furthermore, the curved side edges of the rear part of the shaft extend beyond the outline of the curved edges of the front part of the shaft.
