Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szczotka dla zwierzat. Tego typu szczotka jest przeznaczona do pielegnacji zwierzat. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, szczotka dla zwierzat, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii , konturów i barwa. Wzór szczotki dla zwierzat uwidoczniono na rysunkach i fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia szczotke dla zwierzat w widoku perspektywicznym od góry, fig.2 przedstawia szczotke w widoku od strony jednego boku, fig.3 przedstawia szczotke w widoku od strony drugiego boku, fig.4 szczotke w widoku od spodu, fig.5 - szczotke w widoku od góry, fig.6 - szczotke w widoku od tylu, fig.7 - szczotke w widoku od przodu. Szczotka dla zwierzat sklada sie z raczki , szyjki i glówki. Raczka ma wydluzony, zaokraglony ksztalt, splaszczony po bokach i jest lukowato wygieta do góry. Jeden jej koniec, jest uksztaltowany z pochyleniem od góry w kierunku do dolu i ma otwór w ksztalcie przypominajacym elipse, glebszy od strony pozostalej czesci raczki. Koniec ten jest w innym odcieniu nizpozostala czesc raczki, która zachodzi na górna czesc szyjki szczotki. W widoku od góry raczka ma trzy rzedy okraglych zaglebien rozmieszczonych z odstepem od siebie, przy czym rzedy boczne maja po cztery zaglebienia, zas rzad srodkowy ma piec zaglebien. W widoku od spodu raczka ma ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych dolnych narozach i eliptycznym otworze. Natomiast szyjka stanowi przedluzenie raczki oraz lagodne przejscie pomiedzy glówka i raczka i rozszerza sie w kierunku glówki. Glówka ma ksztalt splaszczonej od góry czaszy, nieco jajowato wydluzonej do przodu. W widoku od góry ma, od strony raczki, okragly przycisk w innym odcieniu niz pozostala czesc glówki, nad którym jest napis, a nad napisem kolejny, mniejszy, okragly przycisk, nad którym jest napis duzymi literami drukowanymi. Nad tym napisem sa trzy równolegle, rowki, pólkoliste i o róznych promieniach, przy czym rowek najblizszy konca glówki ma najwiekszy promien. W widoku z boku, glówka jest pochylona do dolu w kierunku od raczki i jest zaokraglona na koncu przeciwleglym do raczki. Od dolu wystaja z niej preciki o zaokraglonych koncach i ciemniejszym odcieniu, stanowiace czesc elementu czeszacego szczotki. W widoku z przodu glówka ma ksztalt pólokraglej kopuly z zaglebieniem na wierzcholku, której dolne obrzeze jest nieco wygiete do srodka, a z niego wystaje obrecz w innym odcieniu , z której wystaja rzedy precików zaokraglonych na koncach. W widoku od spodu glówka ma jajowaty ksztalt o zaokraglonym obrzezu, przy czym jej srodkowa czesc stanowi element czeszacy o innym odcieniu niz obrzeze. This type of brush is intended for grooming animals. Compared to similar products of this type, the pet brush, as shown in the industrial design, is distinguished by its new form, manifesting itself in its shape, arrangement of lines, contours, and color. The pet brush design is shown in drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the pet brush in a perspective view from above, Fig. 2 shows the brush from one side, Fig. 3 shows the brush from the other side, Fig. 4 shows the brush from below, Fig. 5 shows the brush from above, Fig. 6 shows the brush from the back, and Fig. 7 shows the brush from the front. The pet brush consists of a handle, a neck, and a head. The handle has an elongated, rounded shape, flattened on the sides and curved upwards. One end is shaped with a downward slope from the top and has an ellipse-shaped opening, deeper than the rest of the handle. This end is a different shade than the rest of the handle, which overlaps the upper part of the brush's neck. Viewed from above, the handle has three rows of circular recesses spaced apart, with the side rows having four recesses each and the middle row having five recesses. Viewed from below, the handle is rectangular with rounded lower corners and an elliptical opening. The neck, on the other hand, is an extension of the handle and a smooth transition between the head and the handle, widening towards the head. The head is shaped like a bowl, flattened from above, slightly egg-shaped, extending forward. Viewed from above, the handle side features a round button in a different shade than the rest of the head, above which is an inscription. Above the inscription is another, smaller round button, above which is an inscription in capital letters. Above this inscription are three parallel, semicircular grooves with varying radii, with the groove closest to the end of the head having the largest radius. Viewed from the side, the head is tilted downward toward the handle and is rounded at the end opposite the handle. From below, protrude rods with rounded ends and a darker shade, forming part of the brush's combing element. From the front, the head has the shape of a semicircular dome with a recess at the top, the lower rim of which is slightly bent inward, and from this protrudes a rim of a different shade, from which protrude rows of stamens, rounded at the ends. From the underside, the head has an ovoid shape with a rounded rim, the central part of which constitutes a combing element of a different shade than the rim. The combing element has eleven vertical rows of stamens with rounded ends, with the third, sixth, and ninth rows terminating at the top and bottom with stamens, and between them are rectangular plates arranged one above the other, with the third and ninth rows having six plates and the sixth having seven.
