The electric toothbrush and its container, as presented in the industrial design, are distinguished from other known designs of electric toothbrushes and containers by their novelty, manifested in their shape and arrangement of lines and surfaces. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows an electric toothbrush in a perspective view from the front and from the side, Fig. 2 - an electric toothbrush in a front view, Fig. 3 - an electric toothbrush in a back view, Fig. 4 - an electric toothbrush in a side view from the left, Fig. 5 - an electric toothbrush in a side view from the right, Fig. 6 - an electric toothbrush in a top view, Fig. 7 - an electric toothbrush in a bottom view, Fig. 8 - a container in a perspective view from the front and from the side with an open lid, Fig. 9 - a container in a side view from the left, Fig. 10 - a container in a side view from the right, Fig. 11 - a container in a front view, Fig. 12 - a container in a back view, Fig. 13 - the container in a top view, Fig. 14 - the container in a bottom view, and Fig. 15 - an electric toothbrush with the container in a perspective view, wherein Fig. 15 is included for illustrative purposes. The application covers an electric toothbrush and a container. The electric toothbrush having an elongated grip portion and an elongated head portion according to an industrial design has a grip portion in a shape similar to a cylinder, the surface of which is slightly tapered towards the top of the brush along its entire length, and on the front and rear sides, near the lower base, it is slightly convexly bent outwards, while near its upper end on the front side it is bent inwards, forming a slight recess, and then outwards, forming a slightly protruding convexity with gentle contours. The handle part of the toothbrush has an approximately circular lower base on which there is a small central circular outline and two ring outlines surrounding it, and near the upper base it tapers asymmetrically upwards, with its upper surface being inclined downwards at the front, and at the rear it has a slightly upwardly protruding flat, approximately cylindrical outline, with the head part of the toothbrush adjacent to it, which has an approximately conical, upwardly tapering neck provided with a strip element at the bottom, and at the top a brush head in the form of an element slightly rounded on the rear and sides, resembling a hemisphere, on the flattened front surface of which there is an approximately circular, flat element provided at the front with small elements resembling hairs arranged in tufts. The upper part of the handle portion of the toothbrush, comprising a recess and a convexity on the front side, may be in a contrasting color, as may the outer annular outline of the base of the lower handle portion, as well as the strip-like element of the neck of the head portion. The container according to the industrial design has a reservoir portion in a shape similar to a vertical cylindrical surface, slightly flattened at the front and rear, with a forwardly inclined surface of the upper base provided with a top cover of the container, wherein along the entire height of the front surface of the reservoir portion and the top cover there is an elongated, rounded recess with an outline resembling a segment of a circle from above. At the front of the storage part, near its lower base, there is a forwardly projecting, approximately circular element, protruding in the shape of a flattened cylinder, with a small cylindrical element protruding upwards and provided with a rear projection, located approximately centrally on its upper surface. On the rear surface, near the lower base, the storage part has a slightly protruding, flat projection with an approximately rectangular outline, to the rear surface of which is adhered a rearward projecting element, resembling a cuboid in shape, which has a vertical side cutout for the outlet of an electric cable. The top cover of the container is inclined at an angle towards the front and has a roughly circular outline, slightly flattened at the front and rear, with a rounded cutout at the front and a flat, roughly rectangular element at the rear bent at a right angle downwards, which is located between two small projections of the container portion located near its upper rear edge. The top cover has a curved rim and may be in a contrasting color. The essential features of an electric toothbrush having an elongated gripping part and an elongated head part according to an industrial design consist in the fact that the brush has a gripping part in a shape similar to a cylinder, the surface of which is slightly converging towards the top of the brush along its entire length, and on the front and rear sides, near the lower base, it is slightly convexly bent outwards, and near its upper end, on the front side, it is bent inwards, creating a small recess, and then outwards, creating a slightly protruding convexity with gentle contours, furthermore, the gripping part of the brush has an approximately circular lower base, on which there is a small centrally located circular outline and two annular outlines surrounding it, and near the upper base, it tapers asymmetrically upwards, and its upper surface is inclined downwards at the front, and at the rear it has a slightly upward, flat, approximately cylindrical shape, adjacent to which is the head part of the brush, which has an approximately conical, upwardly tapering neck provided with a strip element at the bottom, and at the top the brush head in the form of an element slightly rounded at the rear and sides, resembling a hemisphere, on the flattened front surface of which there is an approximately round, flat element provided at the front with small elements arranged in tufts resembling hairs, additionally the upper part of the handle part of the brush, including the recess and convexity at the front, may be in a contrasting colour, as may the outer annular outline of the base of the lower handle part, as well as the strip element of the neck of the head part as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1 - Fig. 7. The essential features of the container according to the industrial design consist in the fact that it has a storage part in a shape similar to a vertical cylindrical surface, slightly flattened at the front and back, with a forwardly inclined surface of the upper base provided with a top cover of the container, whereby along the entire height of the front surface of the storage part and the top cover there is an elongated, rounded recess with an outline from above resembling a segment of a circle, furthermore, at the front of the storage part, near its lower base, there is located, partially inside the elongated recess, protruding forward, an approximately circular element in a shape similar to a flattened cylinder with a small cylindrical element protruding upwards located approximately centrally on its upper surface, and provided with a rear projection, and on the rear surface, near the base the lower part, the storage part has a slightly protruding, flat projection of approximately rectangular shape, to the rear surface of which is adhered an element protruding towards the rear, resembling a cuboid in shape, which has a vertical side cut-out for leading out an electric cable, while the top cover of the container is inclined at an angle towards the front and has an approximately circular shape, slightly flattened at the front and back, with a rounded cut-out at the front and a flat, approximately rectangular element at the back bent at a right angle downwards, which is situated between two small projections of the storage part located near its upper rear edge, additionally the top cover has a bent rim and may be in a contrasting colour, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 8 - Fig. 14.
