Abstract

The invention relates to a toothbrush (1) for buccal hygiene, which is made from a resistant, unbreakable and shatterproof material such as plastic. The inventive toothbrush (1) consists of a long support (2) comprising an upper, slightly-curved, stylised support section (3) which gradually diminishes in diameter and thickness towards the top of same, up to a point at which the width thereof increases to form an oval section or brush head (4). The front part of the aforementioned head comprises numerous tufts of bristles (5) which are embedded in said head and which are disposed perpendicular to same. The upper support section (3) is provided with numerous small, hemispherical projections (6) which are disposed almost on the inner part thereof, while the lower part of said support section (3) comprises a long, vertical, rounded projecting element (7). The upper part of both the right and left sides of the above-mentioned projecting element (7) comprises a small, long, narrow projection (8) while the upper front part of said projecting element (7) is provided with a circular recess (r). The invention also relates to a handle/case (9) for the toothbrush (1), which is made from a resistant material such as plastic and which comprises a truncated conical section (10) which is open at both the upper and lower ends thereof. The aforementioned conical section (10) comprises numerous small, hemispherical projections (6) close to the upper end thereof, while the upper, inner section of the truncated cone (10) comprises two long, narrow longitudinal grooves (11) which are disposed parallel to one another and numerous small hemispherical projections (6). Moreover, the invention relates to the system of mounting the toothbrush (1) on the handle/case (9) and of inserting the toothbrush (1) inside said handle/case (9). The invention further relates to a toothbrush support (15) which is used to hold a toothbrush (1) or similar element and which is fixed to a surface such as a wall, table, etc.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention consists of a toothbrush made of resistant, unbreakable and shatterproof material, constituted by a stylized elongated support that ends in a rounded upper section, as a head, which is embedded vertically, in the front face thereof , a plurality of bundles of bristles perpendicular to it, said support section having, in its lower part, an elongated projection with a section also elongated, but thinner, on each of its lateral sides. This invention also contemplates a handle-case for toothbrushes, which serves in one position as a handle for said brush and in another position as a protector and drainer for it. A toothbrush holder or fastener is also claimed, consisting of an integral part formed of a base, a body with a neck topped with a head with horns and hemispherical sections, as an eye.

FIELDS OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to toothbrushes and supports and, more particularly, to a toothbrush for oral hygiene and a case-handle for the same, and a support for said toothbrush.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Today there are toothbrushes of different sizes and configurations, uncomfortable, impractical and difficult to transport. There are also brushes consisting of two articulated parts that bend and that Long time lock or break with use. Likewise, there are a large number of poor irregular finished brushes, with common protruding edges that hurt the gums of the users and when, they are stored in their cases they remain in generally humid, causing bacteria formation, etc.

OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION The present invention has as its first objective to provide an interchangeable or disposable toothbrush with detachable handle, of resistant material.

Another object of the present invention is to provide toothbrushes that are resistant, easy to handle and that are always kept hygienically.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a handle case for a toothbrush, open at its ends and which can function in one position as a support for the toothbrush and in another position as a protector and drainer for said toothbrush.

Still another object of the ^• present invention to provide a kit-handle that is easy to clean and is made of a material having long life and is highly resistant.

Taking into consideration the advantages of the prior art and the aforementioned objectives and others not cited, the inventor of the present application carried out countless experiments, tests and trials that led them to develop a toothbrush, a case -handle for said toothbrush and a bra for it, which clearly overcome all the disadvantages of the prior art and provide a multitude of advantages, which is of utmost importance in the part of engineering where this invention is understood.

The oral hygiene toothbrush of the present invention can be formed of resistant, unbreakable, shatterproof materials, such as cellulose acetate, polypropylene, acrylonitrile styrene, bumping styrene, styrene butadiene and other materials that have the properties of impact resistance, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Industrial Development for toothbrushes. Said toothbrush is constituted by a stylized curved support section and topped with a head section that has, embedded in its front face, bundles or bundles of bristles, including said support section, in its lower part, an elongated projection with Two small lateral projections.

The handle case is a conical section open at its ends and with a pair of internal recesses, this conical section being formed of a resistant material such as plastic. When the toothbrush is coupled by its lower section to the inner part of the smaller diameter end portion of the handle case, the latter serves as a handle for said toothbrush and when said toothbrush is inserted through its lower end into the case-handle, by the part of greater diameter of the same, and is coupled by its lower end to the internal part of the end of smaller diameter of said case-handle, the latter functions as a protector and drainer for said toothbrush, maintaining its wet bristles, being able to attach to the larger diameter end of the handle case, a cover for greater protection of the toothbrush. The child support of the toothbrush, can be adapted to different sizes of toothbrushes and, as mentioned above, is a unit piece which prevents young children when playing it can swallow, and it is made, as already mentioned, of different materials which do not cause damage to the user and are ecological.

When you have or should discard the toothbrush for the time of use, misuse, etc. another toothbrush of this invention is purchased or obtained and the same handle case and the same support are used. PREFERRED MODES OF THE INVENTION

The oral hygiene toothbrush 1 of the present invention, in the preferred embodiment Figures 1 to 5, is made of a resistant, unbreakable and shatterproof material, such as plastic. Said toothbrush 1 is constituted by an elongated support 2 formed by a stylized upper support section 3, slightly curved, which decreases in diameter and thickness as it increases in height, until it reaches a point where it returns to increase in width, ending in a rounded shape, forming an elliptical section or toothbrush head 4, said head 4 presenting, in its front part, a plurality of bundles or bundles of bristles 5 embedded therein, almost perpendicular to said head 4, and presenting the upper support section 3, almost in its peripheral inner part, a plurality of small hemispherical projections 6. The upper support section 3 has, at its lower end, an elongated and vertical rounded projection 7, which ends in a rounded shape and that is of smaller diameter and length than the upper support section 3, having this projection 7, on each of its left and right side sides, upper part, a small thin and elongated projection 8, and having in its upper front part, a circular recess r, covering said small projections 8 approximately half the height of said projection 7.

The handle-case 9 for toothbrush 1, also of the present invention, Figures 6 to 9 is made of sturdy material such as plastic and constituted by a truncated conical section 10, opened at its upper and lower ends, and having, near its upper end, a plurality of small hemispherical projections 6 and, in its inner section, upper part, a pair of elongated and longitudinal elongated recesses 11, arranged parallel to each other, being approximately the length of elongated recesses 11 equal to the length of the upper portion of the handle case 9, where the plurality of small hemispherical projections are 6. In another preferred embodiment, Figures 10 to 13, the handle case 9 has, one coupled to its largest end diameter, a cover 12 with a circular skirt 13 and a small central circular perforation 14, said cover 12 being formed of resistant material, such as plastic or the like. The "Gravity" suction cup bra or child support 15 for toothbrush, Figures 25 to 30, is formed of a resistant material such as rubber or rubber and can be clamped on a wall or on a table or the like. The fastener 15 also presents, in its central rear portion of the base section 16, a small semicircular projection 22 and in its lower part, a small deep circular hole 22.

The child support 15 can be attached at its bottom to a wall, holding, for example ^' the toothbrush 1, which is held by the top of its upper support section 3, between the projections or ears 20 of the child support 15, Figure 31, said toothbrush 1 being perfectly and securely supported by the child support 15.

OPERATION When a user must or wishes to brush their teeth, he must first place the toothbrush 1 on its projection 7 on and inside the handle case 9, so that each of the two small projections 8 of said toothbrush coincide. teeth 1 with each of the recesses 11 of the handle case 9; then, the user must slide the toothbrush 1 or the handle case 9, until they are completely, perfectly and surely coupled, with said toothbrush 1 being left, with the handle case, as handle for the same , ready to use.

After the user brushed his teeth, he must undock the toothbrush 1 from the handle case 9, pulling them out; Next, the user must insert the toothbrush 1 through its projection 7 into the handle case 9, through its larger diameter end and pushing said toothbrush 1 by matching its each of its projections 8 with each of the recesses 11 of the handle case 9; said sliding is carried out until the complete coupling of the projections 8 within the recesses 11 is obtained.

The handle case 9 containing the toothbrush 1 therein, is placed vertically to drain said toothbrush 1.

Also for better protection of said toothbrush 1 inserted in said handle case 9, a cover 12 can be attached to the larger diameter end of said handle case 9.

Finally, the user can hold the toothbrush 1 with or without the handle case 9, in the gravity holder 15, placing said toothbrush 1, by its upper support section 3 between the ears 20 of said support 15 Then, said support 15 with the toothbrush 1, can be coupled by its lower part, by pressure, to a surface such as a wall, a frame, etc. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that countless changes and modifications of this invention can be made, without deviating from or departing from the scope or spirit of the following claims.

1.- A toothbrush comprising: an integral elongated support, consisting of: an elongated upper section slightly curved, which decreases in diameter and thickness as it increases in height, until it reaches a point where it increases again in width , ending in a rounded form, forming an elliptical section or toothbrush head, and an elongated and rounded lower projection of smaller width and thickness than the upper section, and integrated into the center of the lower part of said upper section, the projection having elongated, on each of its lateral sides, an elongated projection, which is of smaller thickness and width than said projection; and a plurality of bundles or bundles of bristles embedded in the front face of the head and perpendicular to it.

2. The toothbrush according to claim 1, wherein the upper section has, in its lower portion, a plurality of small semicircular projections, and the projection has in its upper front part a circular recess.

3. The toothbrush according to the preceding claims, wherein the support is made of a resistant, unbreakable and shatterproof material, such as cellulose acetate, prolipropylene, acrylonitrile styrene, styrene butadiene, butadiene styrene, and other materials.

8.- In a coupling, a toothbrush comprising: an integral elongated support, consisting of: an elongated upper section slightly curved, which decreases in diameter and thickness as it increases in height, until it reaches a point where it returns to increase in width, ending in a rounded form, forming an elliptical section or toothbrush head, and an elongated and rounded lower projection of smaller width and thickness than the upper section, and integrated into the center of the lower part of said upper section , the elongated projection having, on each of its lateral sides, an elongated projection, which is smaller in thickness and width than said projection; and a plurality of bundles or bundles of bristles embedded in the front face of the head and perpendicular thereto, wherein the toothbrush is coupled vertically on a handle case constituted of an elongated conical section used, said section having conical its two open ends and containing two internal recesses parallel to each other, almost in its end of smaller diameter; coinciding with the small elongated projections of the protrusion of the toothbrush with the recesses of the handle case, thus forming a 'toothbrush with perfectly coupled handle. 19.- In a coupling, a toothbrush comprising: an integral elongated support, consisting of: an elongated upper section slightly curved, which decreases in diameter and thickness as it increases in height, until it reaches a point where it returns to increase in width, ending in a rounded form, forming an elliptical section or toothbrush head, and an elongated and rounded lower projection of smaller width and thickness than the upper section, and integrated into the center of the lower part of said upper section , the elongated projection having, on each of its lateral sides, an elongated projection, which is smaller in thickness and width than said projection; and a plurality of bundles or bundles of bristles embedded in the front face of the head and perpendicular thereto, wherein the toothbrush is coupled vertically and inverted within a handle case constituted of an elongated conical section used, said conical section having its two open ends and containing two internal recesses parallel to each other, almost at its smaller diameter end, the small projections of the projection of the toothbrush coinciding with the recesses of said case-handle, said toothbrush remaining protected by the handle case to drain and to keep your bristles moist.

The support according to claims 10 and 11, in which a toothbrush in accordance with claims 1 to 4 is held, said toothbrush placed by the upper part of its upper support section, between the ears of the support, said support being able to adhere to a wall, wall, etc. 13.
