Abstract
The design consists of the features of shape and ornamentation of the toothbrush head with neck shown in the drawings. The head portion of the toothbrush includes an oval platform which supports a plurality of bristles of different heights that are standing substantially perpendicularly to the platform and a plurality of fins that are angled to extend radially on the head portion. Each of the fins has an oval portion near the platform where it is wider and the fin extends toward a narrower free end.The neck portion of the toothbrush has an elongated body with a substantially circular cross-section. The neck portion is wider near an end remote from the head portion, and is narrower near the head portion where it merges with a part-cylindrical connecting portion situated under the oval platform of the head portion. The neck portion is provided with a slight recess to receive the underside of the platform. The neck portion is also provided with an oval recess on a top side thereof, and an oval recess on a bottom side. The neck portion is also provided with a rim near its remote end. The neck portion is angled toward the head portion from the rim to the connecting portion, the bottom side being more inclined than the top side.Drawings of the design are included, in which:Figure 1 is a perspective view of the toothbrush head with neck as seen from the top, front and left sides;Figure 2 is a front elevational view thereof;Figure 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;Figure 4 is a top plan view thereof;Figure 5 is a left side elevational view thereof;Figure 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; andFigure 7 is a right side elevational view thereof.
