Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przyrzadu do pisania przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz powierzchni i barwie. The subject of the industrial design is a writing instrument. The essence of the design is a new form of the writing instrument, manifested in its shape, line layout, surface, and color. The design of the writing instrument is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the instrument in a perspective view from the front, Fig. 2 - the instrument in a view from the left side, Fig. 3 - the instrument in a front view, Fig. 4 - the instrument in a view from the right side, Fig. 5 - the instrument in a back view, Fig. 6 - the instrument in a bottom view and Fig. 7 - the instrument in a top view. The writing instrument has an elongated shape similar to a cylinder with a small base diameter in relation to its height, wherein the cylindrical lower part of the instrument covers approximately a little more than half of its length and its end at the bottom has the shape of an inverted cone with a truncated top, and at the place of transition of the cylinder into the cone there are transverse stripes on the lower part, while the upper part of the instrument has a shape similar to a cylinder with a slightly larger diameter than the lower part and with a slightly rounded upper base. inclined to the horizontal and terminated at the top with a cylindrical projection with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the lower part and with a slightly convex rounded top with a round recess in the middle, while at the bottom the upper part has a system of parallel, closely spaced transverse strips and at the top side it has a flat strip-like clip hooked into it and running lengthwise downwards, in a shape similar to a spatula and containing on the upper surface, occupying the greater part of it, a slightly convex oval element, and on the lower surface at the bottom a small semicircular projection.
