Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw do czyszczenia sanitariatów. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu zestawu do czyszczenia sanitariatów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia zestaw do czyszczenia sanitariatów w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- zestaw w widoku z boku, fig.3- zestaw w widoku z przodu, fig.4- zestaw w widoku z góry, fig.5- zestaw w widoku z dolu, a fig.6- zestaw w widoku z tylu. Zestaw do czyszczenia sanitariatów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy podstawe oraz element czyszczacy, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: podstawa ma ksztalt bryly otwartej od strony przedniej i w której sciana dolna ma zarys czworoboku, którego najdluzszy bok tworzy parabole, a bok polozony pomiedzy dwoma krótkimi symetrycznymi, liniowymi bokami ma zarys lukowaty. Na powierzchni wewnetrznej wypuklej sciany podstawy znajduje sie podpórka, która, w widoku z przoduma zarys litery „U", zas na plaskiej scianie górnej podstawy znajduje sie lukowate wybranie. Od strony tylnej i bocznej podstawa tworzy zarys w przyblizeniu trapezu majacego lukowate ramiona. Element czyszczacy jest podwieszony na podpórce podstawy i ma charakterystycznie lukowato wyprofilowana, wydluzona raczke z pogrubionym koncem, przy czym w polu pogrubienia widoczny jest owalny obszar. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the toilet cleaning kit. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the toilet cleaning kit in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the kit in a side view, Fig. 3 - the kit in a front view, Fig. 4 - the kit in a top view, Fig. 5 - the kit in a bottom view, and Fig. 6 - the kit in a rear view. The toilet cleaning kit according to the industrial design, comprising a base and a cleaning element, has the following essential features: the base is in the shape of a solid open at the front, and in which the bottom wall has the outline of a quadrilateral, the longest side of which forms a parabola, and the side located between two short, symmetrical, linear sides has an arcuate outline. On the inner surface of the convex wall of the base there is a support which, in the front view, has the shape of the letter "U", while on the flat upper wall of the base there is an arc-shaped recess. From the rear and side sides, the base forms an outline of an approximately trapezoid with arc-shaped arms. The cleaning element is suspended on the support of the base and has a characteristically arc-shaped, elongated handle with a thickened end, wherein an oval area is visible in the area of the thickening.
