Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opiekacz do chleba. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie, opiekacza do chleba. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia opiekacz do chleba w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- opiekacz w widoku z przodu, fig.3- opiekacz w widoku z tylu, fig.4- opiekacz w widoku z boku, fig.5- opiekacz w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- opiekacz w widoku z góry, a fig.7- opiekacz w widoku z dolu. Opiekacz do chleba wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy czesc dolna i czesc górna, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: opiekacz ma, w widoku z góry i z dolu, zarys w przyblizeniu trapezu równoramiennego, którego ramiona i mniejsza podstawa maja zarysy lukowate, a naroza sa zaokraglone. Czesc dolna opiekacza usytuowana jest na podporze oraz na dwóch nózkach. Podpora, w widoku z dolu, ma zarys pólowalu, w polu, którego widoczne sa zarysy owalne, a kazda z nózek ma ksztalt, w przyblizeniu, stozka scietego o podstawie owalnej, którego sciana boczna jest wypukla. Przy wypuklej scianie przedniej opiekaczaznajduje sie wybranie majace, w widoku z góry i z dolu, zarys owalny. Na powierzchni górnej opiekacza widoczny jest wypukly wskaznik o zarysie owalnym, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, od fig.l do fig.7.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5FIG.6 FIG.7 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bread maker. The novelty and individual character of the design is reflected in the shape of a bread maker. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the toaster in perspective view, fig. 2 - toaster in front view, fig. 3 - toaster in rear view, fig. 4 - toaster in perspective view. side view, fig.5- toaster in a second side view, fig.6- toaster in top view, and fig.7- toaster in bottom view. The bread toaster follows an industrial design, including a lower part and an upper part, with the following essential features: the toaster has, in top and bottom views, an approximate outline of an isosceles trapezoid, with the arms and smaller base of which are curved and the corners are rounded. The lower part of the toaster is placed on a support and on two legs. The support, in the view from below, has the outline of a half-oval, in the field of which oval outlines are visible, and each leg has the shape, approximately, of a truncated cone with an oval base, the side wall of which is convex. At the convex front wall of the toaster there is a recess with an oval outline in the top and bottom views.
